“Met my mother there for dinner and I love that there is ample parking as it's a plaza. They sat me very fast. Granted I had made a reservation through the button on Google, which was very easy and they weren't full, but still service was fast.Waitress came right away and asked me what I wanted to drink and brought the table water and a soda for me.All the food we had was great so I was tempted to order the cheesecake for dessert. If the food at a place is just ok, I avoid the cheesecake as this can often ruin the experience for me as I love cheesecake and it is often not great at restaurants. Well here it was great. A bit more caramel drizzle than I would have wanted but still the cheesecake itself tasted great.I don't know how often I will come here as it's a bit out of the way for me, but I will definitely keep it in mind when I'm nearby.“
“Stevie's Cafe has always been open M-F for breakfast and lunch. I have enjoyed both, as well as having attended a 115 person wedding catered by Stevie on the grounds around the cafe. Expanding on that success, the Cafe just opened on weekends for breakfast. My omelette was cooked to order, accompanied by home fries, bagel, and endless coffee. Beautiful view over the deck adorned by flower planters. I have also learned that Stevie runs the 501(c)(3) Feed A Neighbor Program from this location delivering meals to the food insecure.Kid-friendliness: A dad was enjoying breakfast with the one of his three children who got up this morning! :-)Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap ramp and automatic door.“
“We decided to give this place a try as my little one wanted to get some ice cream after his swim class nearby. First off, we love our waitress Reva- she is so wonderful! She checked in on us, made sure that we had everything we needed- and if the food was delayed she made sure that we were aware- but the food all came out rather quickly. The food was great! I got the fish tacos, my husband got a juicy cheeseburger and my little one obviously got ice cream and his Mac and cheese. We love the ambiance, the service was amazing and the setting was open and we weren't too close to others that we felt cramped. Overall, I'd come back if I have a craving for traditional American food.“
“This place is an absolute gem ? ✨️ The people are so polite and the food is AMAZING! I had my service dog with me and they seated us with no problem. The Inside is all esthetic barnwood, cognac and honey theme with a rich farm to table vibe. The crab dip was delicious and the clamps chowder was creamy goodness!! I ordered the Steak Tips bowl and my taste buds were out of this world! ? It was a sweet treat after a nice walk through the Barncroft Castle just a short drive down the road. DEFINETLY STOP IN FOR THE FOOD AND VIEWS ITS A MUST!! ❤️Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options availableParking: Right next to the restaurant plenty of spaceKid-friendliness: Chill but casual atmosphereWheelchair accessibility: All one level easy access“
“My first time eating here and it was great. Food, service, atmosphere were wonderful. My friend and I were there for at least two hours and never felt rushed. In fact, I water glasses were constantly filled. Definitely recommend trying this restaurant ???“
“We’ve tried several local home meal delivery companies and Weco is by far superior. They use quality ingredients and recipes that my whole family (even a picky toddler!) enjoys. As a busy mom of one, soon to be two, it is really a time saver!“
“We had the Sunday brunch which was very good. I had the French toast special which included bacon, eggs, sausage, potato, lettuce, French toast and a small amount of fruit. Other people had the shrimp and grits -- apparently the best grits that my wife had tasted outside of New Orleans. The Cobb salad was huge. The disappointment was the creme brulee cheesecake which was uninspired.“
“We had an excellent dinner at the Herb Lyceum this evening. It seems that they run special types of dinners, and they are currently being a Bistro. The menu had a choice of 3 appetizers, 3 entrees, and 2 desserts. Our waiter walked us through the entire menu and described how each dish was prepared -- this was very enticing. We had the Foie Gras Poutine and the Lobster Quenelle for appetizers. Both delicious. For the entrees, we had the Mushroom Risotto and the Scallops Grenobloise. The mushrooms (4 varieties) came from a local farm (and our local farm CSA includes mushrooms from the same farm). One of the mushrooms was fried crispy and added a truly delightful crunch to the risotto. Finally we both ended with the Tarte Tartin which was served with brown butter ice cream. Again, this was excellent. After we finished, we chatted with the head chef and complimented him! All in all, this was a very enjoyable evening.“
“While looking for a place for dinner, we happened upon Markoh's quite by accident and are happy we did! My husband and I shared 2 small plates -- the Little Shorty, the Brussels Sprouts and the Mother Earth salad. Here it is, 2 weeks later, and we're still raving about this little hole in the wall bar/restaurant that we almost passed by. Great food, great bartender/server, great ambience. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Give this place a try.“
“We enjoyed our monthly girls night here. The staff were super friendly. Our server was very good. The menu had some good options burgers, pizza, and full dinners. I had the salmon burger with sweet potato fries. It was tasty. The haddock dinner was well liked by a few of my friends. The room had a rustic tavern vibe. Would definitely recommend. Prices were very reasonable.“
“This is four stars based on their great burgers. We drive 40 minutes for their burgers, past innumerable burger places. Particularly their black and blue burger, which offers real bleu cheese not just salad dressing, and a half pound of meat. Other food is pretty good; the burgers are awesome.“
“Amazing food, quite quaint place right next to the train tracks. There is a model train circling the inside border of the cafe. I tried the Mexican skillet and it was fabulous. The chili was filled with flavor. We had a slight mishap with timing of our meal and the servers were very attentive to us and even provided us with some additional pastries. They go above and beyond for their customers.“
“Comets Diner is our new favorite breakfast spot. The inside is so charming and has that classic 1950s diner feel, super cute! We had an amazing waitress who promptly greeted us and poured us cups of coffee and brought us our menus. While all the food is delicious, the star of the show were the pancakes, some of the best I've had in a long time. The portions were huge and well worth the money and great experience.“
“Raw seafood prices are a bit high but the cooked items are delicious and priced well. Grilled salmon sandwich - 5/5 very good. Came with a thick piece of salmon filet. Ask for lettuce, tomato and onion when ordering. Fisherman's platter - 4/5 everything on the platter tasted juicy and fresh. I especially liked the whole belly clams and shrimp. The fries were alright and tasted frozen. Onions rings - 4.5/5. I don't think these are made jn house but they were perfectly fried and tasted great. Service - 5/5 the owner was friendly and efficient. Looking forward to coming back again.“
“Found this place on a whim online, and decided to go based off the reviews. The waiter was super helpful and kind and did a very good job explaining the menu thoroughly. The food tasted incredibly fresh and delightful. And the cocktail drinks were absolutely delicious and very fun to drink. Very excited to come back here again!Kid-friendliness: Did not see a kids menu so unsure if it’s kid friendly“
“We only had French fries- which were excellent! But being a beer drinker - IPAs - there were lots of delightful and local options and the conversation with proprietor about the lineup was pleasant and interesting. The vibe ranks high. Enjoy!“
“I like the freshly made food at the "Bean House" as well as the atmosphere. It has cozy tables to work on projects with adults or read. Also, the large open area is good for kids if needed. Service is excellent too. Great place for a chilly day!“
“I haven't been in this location in 30 years. Nothing at all has changed. You can still smell some of the cigarette smoke from years and years ago. It's pretty dark with dark wood and not very bright in the restaurant. Overall, it's what I would refer to is a blue hair restaurant without the blue hair prices. I was surprised. The bill was as much as it was as much as it was. The food was pretty well portioned. You're not going to go home hungry for sure but the quality is average at best. It is a friendly family setting. Overall, it's worth a try.“
“This is an old school diner! Not a 50s or 60s styled place, but a booth and bar, coffee and eggs, family run place. Food is great, prepared perfectly by genuinely kind people. Been a patron for years. It's so nice to see a family working together, learning and growing. Treat yourselves and your heart will be as full as your tummy!“
“This restaurant was amazing. I can't wait to go back. The broccoli appetizer was phenomenal. Bob our server was great. The multiple NA drink options made my wife happy. The half chicken was insanely good and juicy and crispy and just delicious. My wife had the halibut and it was tender and flavorful. Too stuffed for dessert but really want to try the cornbread pudding. It's worth going to!“
“Friday night with reservations for 8 at 6:30. Still had to wait 15 minutes for clearing of our table. 15 minutes to take orders. 1 hour to get food as we were informed that the kitchen was "overwhelmed". Still...the wait was worth it as each person's order was delicious!!Hard to beat!! Just a wonderful time!!“
“We had an absolutely wonderful evening at the phoenix. Our server BB was wonderful and attentative. I had the nachos. The chili on them were mildly spiced, but I had mine without jalapeños. The portion was huge and could easily be split by two for a full meal. My husband had the burger and was happy with it. My husband had a beer on tap, nothing special. I got a mudslide and it was excellent. For two drinks and all that it was $50. The resteraunt atmosphere was charming. Kinda bummed they didn't have any gluten-free rolls, but one can not expect that. We will be back.“
“This is one of my go to to grab lunch. Today I was there at 9 AM for breakfast. Service is always wonderful. But we had kale cheese frittata and a crumb cake. Just delicious as I was leaving I bought a miniature lime tart with meringue on top. We had it for dessert tonight and I’ve never tasted meringue quite like that. Their baked goods are superb. Highly recommend this wonderful little spot in West Concord Village.Vegetarian options: They always have great salads at lunchtime, and typically a frittata, or a quiche vegetarian“
“The waitress and owner we're very welcoming and have witty personalities. The experience has left me wanting to come back for the atmosphere the place but the food is the BOMB. The owner takes his craft seriously and does a phenomenal job delivering just that. If your looking for a cozy, little nook for you and your partner I would recommend this diner to be your next stop. Thank you for your hospitality.Dietary restrictions: Dairy options if your lactose intolerantParking: You can park any where near the diner or near the local store.Kid-friendliness: There's enough room for a family of four but not enough for a family of six because you never know how busy it's going to get.“
“Visiting from out of state on a business trip, we found Tatlista through a google search. We’ve been having to eat out for every meal this week and as a group we unanimously agreed that Tatlista was by far our favorite.Everything we ordered from beginning to end was top notch! Lobster Rangoons, zucchini chips, bourbon steak bites, the steak poutine! One in our group even branched out a little and asked if there was any dish not on the menu that the chef recommended and he was extremely pleased with the haddock dish special that was reserved for the future featured menu. Service was excellent, friendly, welcoming and upbeat. The chef is passionate, caring and was eager to hear about our experience. Thank you so much! I wish I could say we’d be back soon, but it’s quite the drive from Wisconsin! But know that we will always remember Tatlista. Maybe one day you will see us again?“
“I had the great pleasure of working special event functions (I am a Professional Chef) when this was Aprile's European. The food and service was awesome then. Just yesterday (April 3, 2024) we attended a Mercy meal after services for a lifelong friend. We were in the upper function room on the right. The food and most especially the service was impeccable. We had two very sweet, personable, gorgeous sisters from Colombia. Julio and Maria (I believe I am spelling Julio's name correctly) they were so kind, professional, warm and very welcoming. The food was delicious. I have NO IDEA (again, I am a Chef) what they add to the Caesar salad dressing but it was the best I have ever had. I am allergic to fish, this gave me an "excuse" to load up on Salad, Rice Pilaf and perfectly al dente zucchini and summer squash. My experiences there have always been good and yesterday it was even a step above. Great job by the team at The EstablishmentWheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp from the parking lot. There is also an entrance through the mill. Upon entrance into the dining area, there is a flat service with plenty of seating. If you are attending an event in either upstairs function room, you access the elevator before entering the dining room. Any staff member could guide you. There are also restrooms upstairs so you don't have to go up and down every time you need to use the potty ?“
“Excellent food prepared fresh is their normal routine. Staff is attentive and experienced. Inside seating is fun and very casual. Plenty of parking. Food came quickly with a smile.Wheelchair accessibility: Restrooms would not accommodate a wheel chair and are down one stair and extremely tiny.“
“All ready for St. Patrick's Day. Had the Shamrock ☘️ Shake. Mike makes a great dessert drink even if you haven't had anything to eat.We just went to chill.Huge beer selection on tap. Pizzas are a house specialty.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp.“
“We had the most fantastic breakfast this morning at Rosie’s Diner. During the snowstorm, without power or heat, we ventured to Rosie’s for a warm meal! It did not disappoint….the experience was excellent! Everyone was so friendly and accomodating! The food selections provided just enough options and each dish was delicious! It was our first time at Rosie’s, but it won’t be our last! To quote my daughter…”Five stars? I’d give it a billion!”“
“I have no idea why this gets a 4.2, because it is by far one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Maynard. The food is well priced, the portions are sizable, everything was really yummy and satisfying. Our waitress, Kayla, was delightful and attentive! She gave great recommendations and made our whole experience fabulous. PBRs came in a chilled glass and were cheap! Overall, I would recommend everyone near the pleasant cafe comes to grab a little Mac burger, onion strings, and an ice cold PBR. Seriously - the onion rings were the best I’ve ever had!!“
“Met friends for a meal here earlier this week. It was excellent. All our meals were well prepared and delicious. Seating is limited, and the atmosphere is casual. Best to arrive early or be prepared for a wait (lots of outdoor seating available during the summer months). Reservations for parties of eight or larger. Perfect for an evening out. We had fish & chips, pulled pork and a burger. All were excellent.“
“First time. Parking was ok. Mini golf was busy had to wait awhile on each hole. The bumper cars were alot of fun since then could spin in circles. The batting bases were also fun. The zip line is definetly more a child attraction. The food was good ice cream too. Everything was priced decently.“
“This is a really good restaurant that’s located inside of the movie theater, but it’s not movie theater food. We had great burgers and the fries were perfect! The owner was also really nice and the service was great. Recommend trying it out“
