“I had a great conversation with the new owner and what his plans are for this place. Great food and a great place to go for breakfast. I know his plans are to do fresh made pasta and a few other great ideas. He is also revamping the area to more modern looks. It is going to look fantastic. Most of the foods he gets are local sourced. Meaning some are from Vermont. Hey the states here are so close that it does not matter too much. Regardless I would eat here again.“

“Went to the Bedford location. Got off to a rocky start. The waitress didn't notice us so I got up and reminded her we were here. She was very apologetic. The restaurant was also over air conditioned, so we asked her to turn it down and she got that done. We both ordered the summer burrito bowl and enjoyed it. My husband also ordered the onion soup that he liked. Overall, the restaurant is bright and I think they are trying very hard to make their patrons happy.“

It is a genuinely all in experience, big city quality without the drive. The creativity, the locally sourced ingredients, the way flavors get combined... YUM! Chef Gavin and his crew are doing incredible work and have such fun energy! It is also the only restaurant where my friend with a long list of allergies can eat well. Most places give her a menu back with everything crossed off. Here they build her something new every time, that is true mastery and deep care you can rarely find. A true gem.“

The pretzel bites were possibly the best I've had so far - would definitely recommend those.
The buffalo dip was alright.

For a main I tried the cajun linguine with added shrimp. Shrimp was definitely a great edition. Chicken was a bit dry. The flavor was all there though.

Service was also good.

TVs were all playing, but it wasn't overly loud so we could still talk to one another at a normal volume.

“I have lived in the Boston-esque area for twelve years and have eaten so many good meals, but the fish tacos here are the only meal I needed to have before my upcoming move out west(ern MA). Cocktails are fun and creative, service is 13/10, the XL portions of fries that require to-go boxes are the only fries I’ve ever found to reheat well, and if you’re lucky, Steve will be tending bar. I love going at the slightly quieter times but I’ll never gatekeep the euphoria experienced by a meal here. Bonus perks: Max & Chelsea have the best senses of humor, the murals on the patio are always amazing, the beer and wine selection are vast (also the mocktails!), and the decor always feels like your favorite “I Spy” book.“

“Food was very good! We had brunch on Sunday (eggs Benedict, avocado toast, french toast, and specialty coffees) and we all loved it. The service was friendly, and timely even though they were very busy! Would recommend if you are in the area. There is a wait as the place is not that large.“

But it was the most lovely, enthusiastic, sincere, cracker jack...and fire cracker of a bartender, Kal, that so stood out! She should get commissions for Princeton Station public relations ! She exuded joy and praise for the splendid funtions they put on, the restaurant and entertainment offered. She even offered me a tour, which I accepted, and sung the establisment's praises! “I recently stayed here for a work conference. The hotel rooms were spacious, cozy and modern. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby bar and restaurant was beautiful and the food was very good. Meeting spaces were very nice.“

“Classic office cafe with some of the best service I've experienced anywhere. I used to work across the street and made it a point to come over almost every afternoon for the excellent offerings and the awesome service.

Variety of options available and almost anything not on the hot line can be customized to your liking. Be sure to ask if you arent sure, and someone will definitely do their best to help or accommodate your needs. Caesar wrap and BBQ Chicken Bacon Ranch wraps were my go to and, when they have them, the sweet potato fries are top notch.

“I can’t explain the experience that my husband and I had here this past Saturday. I have to eat gluten free and my husband found Tavern in the Square had a large selection of gluten free items for me to choose from. Brandon was our waiter. He was very knowledgeable about my allergy. Through a little bit of small talk with Brandon, we shared with him a situation that we were going through. Tavern in the Square in Burlington and Brandon went so far above and beyond for my husband and myself when they didn’t have to. I have not stopped telling people the story of the most thoughtful and kind people we have ever had the pleasure to cross paths with.
