“This place should be beyond grateful for their employee. Tonight I placed a huge online order, when I went to pick up they were SLAMMED. This man was alone, with a ton of orders and a shop full of customers. He was so polite and apologetic. Not only was his attitude great during a clearly stressful time, he was completing orders quickly and NICELY!!!! Most people get stressed and just throw the food together to get it out the door. The food came out great, and I was very impressed. The entire time I was there I thought about how he is such a good employee Id hire him in a heartbeat. People like that are hard to find, hope you know what you have! Side note, a woman came in to help and she was also a delight and very helpful. Around (7:30) 3/5/25.“

“I have a SEVERE tomato allergy and I made it super clear to the employee over the drive thru. She marked it special as allergy to tomoTes and then even had the employees wipe down all the counters and put wrappers on the whole thing so that it didn’t go in. I will always choose this Taco Bell from now on because I can stop being so paranoid about fast food because they handled it so carefully. I thanked the person at the window and they said they had allergies too! I feel like I’m in safe hands now“

“I go there off & on and I have had good and bad experiences there, but for the most part they have been good. They do mess up meals there like every fast food restaurant out there it happens. But they correct it in a timely manner without fuss. There are good and bad employees just like every other business but the place as a whole has been good. Bottom line it’s a fast food restaurant not a five-star restaurant. If you want top-of-the-line service, go to a top-of-the-line restaurant.“
