Whoever’s running/managing this establishment at night needs to be fired we sat in the line for half an hour just to finally get to the speaker and get told they were understaffed so it would take us another half hour to get our order worst drive through I’ve ever seen and this is a regular occurrence
They are slow. They skip online orders and take care of people who ordered minutes after someone who checks in with mobile app. My Crunchwrap was soo thin. There was like no meat inside. It was also falling apart. Cinnabons were cold.
I just waited around 23 minutes for my order. At first I thought there must have been one huge order, but then the next car took a long time. I was at the window for around 5 minutes myself. I looked at the order screen and saw the time tick over 20 minutes for me, over 15 for the next three cars. I asked the lady why the delay, nicely, and she just smiled and closed the window….

Taco Bell is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its delicious tacos and great value. Customers praise the quality of the food, particularly the tacos, which are considered among the best. The restaurant's staff is generally friendly and helpful, though some customers have experienced longer wait times due to limited staffing. Recently, some customers have noted that prices have increased and portions have decreased, leading to frustration over the value. Additionally, wait times can be long, especially when customers jump into the mobile pickup line or when there are only two lanes for the drive-thru, which can cause confusion and delays. Despite these issues, many still find the food satisfying and the experience overall good.
