“With a thankful heart we must say a few words about the recent mercy dinner hosted here to celebrate the wonderful life of our beloved Mom, Paula. Our Halligans family went above and beyond and gave us a little peace during a very difficult time. They created an intimate, personal atmosphere with comforting, delicious food and drink. Their professionalism, care, and thoughtfulness allowed us to spend time with our loved ones reminiscing about the good times we all shared with Mom, without having to worry about a thing. They handled it all flawlessly and our family could not be more appreciative! Trina, Gus and the entire Halligans‘s family, We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️🙏“

“My dad and I go here every now and then after work. Great atmosphere and you'll find very friendly people. Bartenders are great and they have an Ami music box so if you use that app you can play music or pay for credits at the box. Music shuts off at 8 if theres a game on though! Go Pats!“

“I was at Bentleys Pub last night Dec 8. My server Debbie was very Friendly and Attentive. She is very nice and saw to my needs. She took my order promptly and made sure that my meal was served hot and as ordered. The Chicken Parmesan was delicious and filling. The people at Bentleys are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.“

“My husband and I just had our wedding at J. Anthony's. For such a large and lovely space, they could not be more reasonably priced and easy to work with. The high ceilings and that wall of windows are really a wow factor. They are currently making updates to the event space, so I can only imagine that future events will be even more fabulous. Any time I interacted with staff leading up to the event, they were so upbeat and enthusiastic. Being pleasant is obviously a part of working in the restaurant industry, but everyone always felt genuinely excited for us, which made us even more excited as the big day drew near.

We live nearby, so we already knew that they had wonderful food. We got compliments from guests on all of it, but the most talked-about items were the beef and the stuffed shells. So many people told me they regretted not requesting more stuffed shells. They really were amazing; I could have eaten an entire plate of them! A dessert was included in our package -- we chose apple crisp and it was delicious. But we also brought in apple cider donuts from a local orchard. Abbey (the event manager) was super accommodating. We just dropped them off in the morning and then arrangements of donuts on beautiful gold chargers were placed at each table during the evening.

One other point of note was how lovely the event staff was! My husband and I had multiple guests comment to us throughout the evening about the wonderful service staff. I can't imagine that is something typically noticed or commented upon at a large event, so it just highlights how personable and accommodating they all were. I was able to chat with some of the servers toward the end of the evening and they were all so kind and complimentary, it made my night even more special.“

“One minute your on the streets of Worcester then walking in and time warping to a taxidermy dream bar from the 1950s. Then once you step out the back door it feels like you have entered an enchanted forest decorated in strings lights with majgical fairys bringing you beer and meatball sandwiches. I drove all the way from Dover NH to sink my teeth into 2 meatball + sausage sandwiches & 2 beers. Well, really to see my old friend and visit with her friends. “Just wanted to do a shout out to Days End Tavern and the function room upstairs. Had my husband 50th birthday party there last night and everyone commented on what an amazing space it was. Our bartender Ryan was amazing as usual. The space was perfect for this party. We had the best time. The price was unbelievably reasonable. Had our own bathrooms and use of the sound system. Cant recommend them enough!“

Decent selection of drinks nice open place pretty clean tables can't say a bad thing. “This is my mom and I's favorite place to go to play pool. I live out of state but still travel once in a while when visiting mom and we always make a stop here. All of the customers know eachother, its a very close group. The new owner is doing great things with this place!“
