“I uprooted from the South Coast area 5 years ago & landed in the Abington area. There are many lovely places around the area to eat but I can say no one place has ever prompted me to write a review till now. My fiance & I ate here less than a month ago & were back this week as we kick off 2026. We eat out about twice a week & this is by Far our favorite spot! After our 2nd visit, we left & couldn't stop raving to each other. We are so impressed with the food, staff, prices, drinks & I'd like to say staff, again, lol! We haven't yet had an opportunity to look into the entertainment but Ben's is on our list! HIGHLY recommend!!“

“The hubby wanted to take me to lunch for my upcoming birthday..for our age and for our wallet we always go to lunch vs dinner...we are now already home with the pups in our jammies..so great...now as a self proclaimed foodie, I have wanted to try the food at Alma Nove at the Hingham Shipyard for many years...I am also a huge Wahlbergers show fan...adored their mom Alma on the show and her pal Phyllis...the show is so much fun..binge it if you haven't seen it..anyway...the weather today didn't look too spectacular for a waterfront restaurant but the blue skies showed themselves as we were eating inside...such a terrific location..the shipyard has been revitalized in the last 15 years or so...lots of shopping and dining destinations including the original Wahlbergers Burger Joint...I love this stuff...Dave is like ok whatever...but our experience was lovely..I will say however that my husband and I don't quite fit in the Hingham vibe...and it has a vibe..no shade but it kind of carries an air about it...the people I mean...lol...but we ignored all that and for sure enjoyed lunch..even Dave said how delicious it all was...our server...nice..we typically enjoy banter with our servers...he wasn't about that...all business and he gave us excellent service..but I do have the sense that more than likely the staff has high hopes of gaining maybe a walk on role on Blood Bloods with Donnie or maybe a handshake from Marky Mark when he comes through from time to time...hope for them it happens..fingers crossed...😉..about the food...great bread..seemed homemade but simple..fresh..served with butter that had black specks on it..turns out it was a black salt..interesting..a few drafts for Dave from Mayflower Brewery in nearby Plymouth and I had a lovely Pinot Noir...bottled water on the table..big fan of that..I ordered the Pan Seared Shrimp and Scallops served over a sweet potato risotto , topped with haricot verts(fancy greenbeans), toasted marcona almonds and truffle honey and my date had the Butternut squash Tortellacci with pan seared chicken topped with sage brown butter sauce, pecorino romano, apple cider gastrique and fried sage and chives..wow..we are styling here in the Shipyard...every bite was spot on and a perfect serving for lunch..we enjoyed all of it..dessert..well.of course..they have an in house pastry chef so that's a given for me..chose the Banana Bourbon Bread Pudding..when he returned he also brought a small chocolate dessert..like cake in a jar with whipped cream and a candle...he said they heard someone was celebrating a bday...we never said it so all I can figure is I posted that we were there for my bday and had tagged the restaurant...great social media connection if that was the case...we shared them and they were fabulous...took some photos around the place..ran into folks the hubby knew from Hull..absolutely highly recommend Alma Nove..those that aren't familiar with the background. ..The famous Wahlberg Brothers Donnie and Mark have a brother Paul who is the chef and owner of Alma Nove..named for their precious mom Alma and Nove in Italian means nine..there were 9 Walhberg kids..5 stars from me for Alma Nove.. Open daily for lunch and dinner. .I believe they have live music on Sundays and in the nice weather their outside patio overlooks Hingham Bay...a must try❤️ Mark has famously said their brother Paul is the most talented in the family...I believe that is spot on...“

“Pizza is just getting better it was terrible for a while but the last few months best ever. Whoever improved and made it the way we always have known thank you. We have been having this pizza since way back in the 80’s when it was at the railroad station when every pizza was perfect. Glad too see that same quality again. As long as the craft is perfected you can never go wrong love this pizza always have and with the quality old school only good things can happen. 😊😊“

From start to finish, the staff at both Webster Timberlanes and Luci’s went above and beyond to make sure our event was absolutely perfect. Every single team member was incredibly accommodating — delivering the food right to our party area, taking great care of our adult guests at the bar, and even handling all of the cleanup. They made hosting a party feel effortless, which any parent knows is a gift in itself. A very special shoutout goes to Uncle Lou, who helped us book the party. He was wonderful to work with: kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us create a great celebration. Our daughter has severe allergies, and Lou took it upon himself to go through the menu to see what would be safe for her. It meant the world to us — she rarely gets to enjoy food out at restaurants, so this was such a treat. The birthday packages were also incredibly affordable, with a variety of price points to fit different needs and budgets. Truly, the value you receive is unmatched. “I’ll stick with my 5 rating for now??. I didn’t really try the food because I didn’t see Tukey ?Or non meat options Coffee Break is a small breakfast spot right behind Central Ave station ? . Service is fast ? and they have many different options for flavors of coffee. I ordered a coffee and blueberry muffin. The muffin was definitely shareable huge soft and delicious and the coffee was a new flavor for me. Staff is very nice. ? I’ll be back to update

“This was our first order from flour moon bakery. We wanted to have an under the water birthday cake with some tropical flavor. Ellen is wonderful to communicate with. She was very accommodating about decorations and the flavor. I think there is no flavor that she cannot do for you! we decided to choose mango flavor on the layers with a hint of pineapple on the cake. The cake turned out very yummy and felt like a piece of paradise in my mouth. The guests absolutely loved the flavor and cake.
The decoration was 10/10, flavor 10/10, she also delivery in the surrounding towns, which was absolutely life saver 10/10.
She was very through about our need and always communicated to include the last-minute needs. Will definitely come back.“

“My parents use to take me to cape cod cafe in Brockton all the time when I was a child and I loved the pizza. I actually found cape cod cafe pizza in my grocery stores freezer the other day and bought it and it tasted as good as it did all those years ago. So happy I can buy it in the store now in NH“

My only regret is that I didn’t get more! Very affordable, great value and there is parking, and yes they take credit cards. Fresh scone fresh muffins they have everything from a-z

“So it was my boyfriend (Paul) and I's (Dawn) first time here. The food is delicious. I got a meatball&cheese calzone with marinara sauce on the side. He got chicken&steak tip pasta dinner with cheese on top. Comes with a side salad&garlic bread. Amazingly satisfying. We will definitely be coming back. Everyone there was so pleasant&nice! There is a fun buzz to the restaurant, it is full of life, gorgeous inside and the staff are such nice folks.
I go to this Braintree location to meet a lifelong friend who travels from Wellesley and I travel for the Cape, a perfect midway meeting place for lunch.

Selections are unlimited to all desires and tastes.

After you lunch you are faced with the desire of unlimited cheese cake selections to ponder.
Wait times never seem to be an issue for lunch as I have found.
The staff aim to please and really make your experience a welcome and pleasant one.

“I love this business, George George goes beyond the usual services that a Pizza shop offers. He has been an asset to the community of Weymouth in so many ways. I’ve witnessed him helping so many people, if your car breaks down near or close George has got your back, if there’s homeless people near by and George has an extra slice he’s the first to give. From snow plowing the abutting business during heavy snow days to serving up delicious food. Napoli’s of Washington Street in Weymouth gets my vote. Tracie Rankin“
