I actually stopped in because I needed change for the parking meters in Needham (which, unbelievably, still only take coins). I had no change, and the gentleman working there was incredibly kind and happily broke a bill for me.

Since he was so helpful, I decided to grab a Blueberry Blast while I was there…and wow, I’m so glad I did! It was absolutely delicious and tasted incredibly fresh.

Excellent customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you to the gentleman who helped me out (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name). Your kindness turned a stressful parking situation into discovering a new favorite spot. You’ve definitely earned a customer for life, and I’ll be back!“

“Fig is the best! Their takeout window basically got me through the pandemic, and I feel very lucky that this is my local. As a certified scone-hater, their blueberry scone is the best I've ever had. I recommend their lattes, smoothies, breakfast sandwiches (the cheddar cheese is SHARP), and chia pudding. Their lunch sandwiches are also great. 10/10 for staff, vibes, food, and coffee.“

Bread is what I'd crave on my deathbed, and these loaves would absolutely top that list. “Everything about this place was so good that we visited TWICE in a row during a 4-day trip to Cambridge/Boston. My dad loved the seitan reuben and cauliflower po boy, and I ADORED the impossible ground beef chop cheese and Nashville hot chicken (seitan). And absolute W. “Cake order review only: easy to inquire about a cake online. Easy payment once we discussed the vision of the cake. And easy pickup. BEAUTIFUL CAKE. The cake was $90 for a heart shaped 2 layer cake with vintage piping, vegan vanilla with vegan vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam filling. I didn’t get the filling but was refunded immediately and the person handling the situation was so nice. I had asked why the darker icing tasted to chemically and they informed that the more they use the dye the more it tastes like it. So I would just skip that completely. Get the lighter frostings. Because like I said these are beautiful cakes and the cake itself is a good texture and flavor as a vegan cake.“

Their panini are prepared with the freshest of imported ingredients (prosciutto, mozzarella, basil, etc), They also offer hot subs, freshly made Arancini rice balls, mini sfogliatelle, and homemade focaccia. In addition, they sell a wide range of imported Italian snacks, cookies, drinks, and condiments (many of which you can usually only find in Boston). The co-owner Namwon has great energy. He was always really kind and welcoming to me and my boyfriend (we are from Australia, but Dado felt like a little slice of home). The food is really tasty (I could never go past their egg-salad sandwich; my partner loves the bibimbap wrap), and Dado, of course, has an amazing selection of teas. More than just feeding the body, all the meals felt like they were nourishing the soul. Just good honest cooking—maybe the rarest of things today. We’re about to leave Harvard this semester, and one of the great things we’ll miss is Dado.“

“Every year I host a tennis charity event Serve For a Cure in support of the Jimmy fund and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. I reached out to Nothing Bundt Cakes, via email thinking they wouldn’t answer me. I got an phone call saying they would like to donate cakes to my event. When I was told how many, I was flabbergasted. They were so generous and very easy to work with. The day of my event a friend of mine picked up the personal cakes, and we gave them out to the tennis players. I some how got 4 of them. They were delicious! I would highly recommend Nothing Bundt Cakes for your next occasion or even just a sweet treat.“

Buttery but light and flaky, cooked just right - understated perfection in a bag! I grew up in France, and this is honestly one of the best French pastries I have had in 28 years living in the US. “We tried a variety of items. The miso soup and the mushroom and onion soup were both delicious. I ordered the Philadelphia and the OMG roll. The Philadelphia comes with smoked salmon which is hard to find. Both rolls were hands down the best sushi I have had in the Greater Boston area! We also ordered the Sakura fried rice and beef with onions and peppers. They were pretty much the same you can get anywhere else. The sushi is the stand out here! The service was great. The food came out quickly and the server was very friendly. I will be more than glad to drive out of my way to come here again!“
