“We have been coming here for years. Our orders are always correct, employees are friendly and the food is great. Tonight we had a problem with a gift card we gave as a Christmas gift. My husband went down to the store and the owners (I think) were very gracious and were quick to resolve the issue. We are very appreciative for their handling of our problem.“
“I have to tell you about the incredible experience I had a KFC. I know it sounds like wow KFC how can it be incredible but I’m gonna tell you I waited in the drive-through for a few minutes but somebody in front of me who asked 1 million questions but eventually they moved on. I moved up to order, My usual items. But they didn’t have them but I understand because it was late at night. The girl that was on the microphone offered some substitutes and said that essentially all they had was Taco Bell. Wow it’s not my favorite it is acceptable and the way that she expressed it to me was that it was going to be very good. Once I finally took hold of my beefy burrito and took my first bite I couldn’t have been more excited. This was about 11 o’clock at night she was friendly energetically engaging and has certainly caused me to want to come back. Thank you KFC and Taco Bell!!!“
