“Food was great tasting and still crispy by the time it got home 20+ minutes later. Wait was definitely a little long (about 35 mins on Saturday night dinner time) but was just 1 minute within their quoted window. They are definitely trying to keep up with the demand, and we were greeted right as we walked in. The order tracking, however, wasn’t updated until it was finished, just said order received when we walked in so we weren’t sure the actual wait time. The cashier said 20 minutes, and it was only about 2-3 from that point lol. One gripe I would say is we didn’t see plastic utensils or napkins, just a roll of paper towels. Maybe they are available if you ask, but normally we don’t have to ask for forks with boneless wings, they just come with it- just like ranch or blue cheese normally does. Having to pay $1.79 for a ranch or blue cheese is kinda wild. It should come with something small at the very least. The blue cheese is good and worth getting for the flavor and cooling effect, but this is just an fyi. I also found the boneless wings to be small for being $1 each. Maybe next time I’ll try the tenders or wings, but we typically go for boneless. We will be back, but I am not sure they are the best wing option around. Good for late night, for sure.“
