“Very pleased with my past visits here. I like that the staff doesn't interrupt or rush customers when ordering at drive thru, like many other Dunkin' locations. Accuracy on point. Great service. Clean, comfortable environment. Employees seem energetic, enthusiastic & work well together as a team. I would certainly recommend this Dunkin' for fast, friendly service. Restrooms were clean also. No complaints yet.Wheelchair accessibility: Lot & lobby are wheelchair accessible here! Restrooms are also handicapped accessible.“

“Friendly, fast service, and very consistent. Best Dunkin’ in the area in terms of cleanliness and consistency. No burnt bagels or lazily prepared drinks. Especially enjoy Billy’s enthusiasm at the drive-thru early in the morning. Great start to my day.“

“Exceptional restaurant, maintaining high standards and providing fast, friendly, quality customer service that all fast-food and most restaurants alike could benefit from adapting. As a business owner, I look for the A's of a business, starting with "Atmosphere." Walking in the restaurant was very clean, smelled pleasant (not bleached) and was bright and "Appealing!"My wife and I being first time customers to this McDonalds were greeted with an upbeat and welcoming "Attitude" without any pushy pressure to decide on what we wanted to order or being directed to the McD's in store kiosk to place our order. Rarely a fan of fast food and unfamiliar with the breakfast menu options, my wife and I were unsure what meals and deals were available? "Acknowledging" my wife and I having difficulty figuring things out, our server Sabrina pleasantly offered us some helpful "Advice" and suggestions we could decide from.Sabrina was patient with us and very pleasant while ordering our meals. It was clear to us her Asst. Manager Tina(?) expedited with experience, encouraging her crew and ensuring close "Attention" was given to each order (not just ours) to ensure it would be prepared and severed promptly and exactly as ordered.With the restaurant being so clean and the "Ambiance" being bright and upbeat in the restaurant we chose to dine inside which is rare for us with a Fast Food place. Our meals were prepared and served perfectly as ordered and we enjoyed our hot and delicious breakfast in a restaurant that is a cut "Above" the rest! Looking at all the "Accomplished A's" of this restaurant and it's employees, they are deserving of the greatest "A" that says it all for any business and this McDonald's in Belchertown, MA... "Awesome!"“

“This is a quaint and friendly coffee and breakfast shop with freshly made food, coffee, lattes, and other drinks along with pastries omelets and more. It appears to have many local regulars. My pesto omelet loaded with vegetables was so good but I had to take half home it was so large. There was not a crumb left by my friend of his French toast with strawberries and whip cream which was totally devoured by him!“

“My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Figlio’s last night.From Bernie at the door, ,to our waitress and Chef Bobby we were well taken care of.The five corse dinner was delicious. Our dinner was served at a leisurely pace and we were able to fully enjoy each course. Servings are generous and we brought home leftovers.I plan on returning soon with some friends for a girl’s night out.“

“We tried for the first time today! :) Food was great & coffee even better. Really enjoyed my coffee. Service wasn’t rude but was very unfriendly. Very stoic and serious, straight to the point. Seemed bothered by our presence and a question on the menu. The dining area wasn’t clean and upon walking in, everyone was standing around (we were the only ones in there) so not sure why it was so messy. Perhaps they were taking a break in between a rush which is understandable! I will give it another shot soon.“

“Truly one of the best breakfast/sandwich shops in the area. I used to live in Amherst around 7 years ago and miss this place so much but got to stop in this weekend after a long hiatus. The breakfast sandwiches on a roll are so satisfying and the matcha is really tasty. Almost everything here is. Don’t skip the baked goods. And go look at their salt and pepper shaker collection.“

“OMG There is overpriced and then there is insult to injury. $7.25 for a 2 shot latte is just insane, and according to your menu board makes no sense since a 2 shot large latte is 6.2?. The place was packed so maybe I am just insane. The latte was warm and had bubbles in the milk. Teach your employees how to think outside the box when charging , all that had to be done was ring up a large latte and note 12 ounce cup.“

“I really liked this coffee shop! It had great egg bites that I could tell were homemade. The service was good, and I loved the upstairs space. It had a "take a book leave a book" shelf which was super fun. The espresso wasn't as strong as I would have liked it. Overall I loved the atmosphere!“

“One of my favorites of all time. Their croissants and cookies are to die for and their baristas make really great drinks. I don’t drink but I hear the bar is wonderful as well at night. I used to come in late at night in college and order a pot of tea and study or read. It’s been a couple years since I’ve been back and I love the newly renovated space but also miss the old space and it’s cozy vibe.“

“This location probably gives me the fastest service without sacrificing friendliness. The barista taking my order at the drive through, regardless of which day, is always very upbeat and polite. I don't get the chance to go here daily as I live a few towns away but it's definitely a nice treat when I'm in Athol. Very hard working staff! Thank you!“

“Try the tea rolls! So good! My favorite bite during the warmer months! And that coconut based drink is my favorite summertime AF sip downtown. The ribs appetizer is better than you'd expect And the coconut soup will warm your soul on a cold day - paired with the hot ginger drink & it'll cure what ails ya“

“I got a Thai tea with soy milk and pearls... super tasty :) LOVE that they don't charge for soy milk, I really appreciate that as a vegan I'm only in Amherst for a short period of time, but this would be my tea spot if I lived here for sure! Very cute vibe. Can't wait to try more of their teas while I'm in town!“
