“I'm local to this place and go frequently. 90% of the baked goods are vegan and theres 3 or 4 menu/sandwich options that are delicious and vegan. On Sundays the owner makes bombolini, and lately there has been atleast one option that is vegan. All the food is perfect every time I go, the coffee is fantastic too.“

Most were really good but Ludlow coffee Co is amazing and honestly top notch. I haven’t found a place I like more. The cold foam is deliciously whipped and doesn’t fall flat. I’ve had several coffee meets with my friends here and we all love the chill vibe it gives as well. Sandwiches and pastries are also delicious and very well made. Good portion size for the price. There are dairy free options such as almond or oat milk. No soy option. Great spot to stop for coffee. I recommend this spot to everyone and stopped looking for my favorite local coffee shop/cafe because I found mine.“

They have a solid selection of pastries and light snacks (including items from Vegan Pizzaland/Coffee Counter after 10am), but don't expect to get a full meal. Lo and behold Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters was a four minute walk from our AirBnB! Delicious sunrise smoothies, latte, Americano, breakfast sandwiches, scones and the cherry on top- a rad t shirt to support the Trevor Project! We will definitely be visiting again!“

“We decided to try out this restaurant that had moved into the building formerly long time occupied by the iconic Mel's Italian restaurant. The menu is now Irish fare which was very good. As an homage they also still offer a couple of the staples from the old Mel's menu.“

“This Starbucks location in Wilbraham mass on Boston Road is absolutely great, you walk in there i they always say hello a lot of the workers in there know you and they know the drinks that you order and they’re always willing to fix it if it’s wrong, it’s just a great atmosphere at this, Starbucks they are hard-working associates in there so thank you for all you do for the customers.“

“I just wanted to say I very much appreciate the boy that took care of me today. He was kinda thin and tall and had longer hair and glasses. I had been standing at the counter for two minutes or so waiting for my order to be taken. There were three people behind the counter but one was addressing the drive thru, the other was grabbing something and someone else was baking something. There was a heavyset person with very curly blonde and black hair that walked past me as I waited a couple of times and eventually just ended up standing there, next to the drive thru attendant, after the last person left the drive thru (and the drive thru became empty). They continued to stand there. I’m not one to rush, but I did take notice that they had walked past me multiple times, and were not busy with tasks, and were quite literally just standing there as if they were bored. THIS isn’t my issue -

the boy i mentioned then came out from the back room and apologized for the wait. HE seemed like he was doing a lot all at once, and he still came to take care of me when he noticed. He then remarked at the heavyset person I’d mentioned before that they could be taking orders instead of standing, which was a valid criticism. The other party then began loudly responding that they weren’t doing nothing (they were), and that over and over again in various phrases and brash tones. I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the boy’s ability to stay calm and levelheaded while getting yelled at by a coworker he was asking for help from in a stressful moment- I was still taken care of by him faster than the entire time I waited behind the counter after he took my order, he grabbed all of it and made the coffee as the heavyset women began to start doing tasks as they continued to yell at him about how they weren’t just standing around, and weren’t going to be treated rudely. Other staff did try multiple times to stop the person from yelling and responding and continuing the argument but she continued. It was so consistent and endless and loud that I genuinely felt the need to write this review. I think that’s incredibly unprofessional and not very team-player in an environment where that is a big part of the functioning work environment.

Again, props to that boy, I wish I had asked for his name, thank you endlessly again. I appreciate your quickness and consideration especially as I was on my way to work.“

“I had to find this Dunkin’s page and review them because they’re just so awesome and nice to me every time I go. I’m a regular in the morning and they know my order every time I pull up which might be common but one of the great drive through people at this Dunkin’ is really amazing at drawing and he’s drawn art on my Dunkin cups so now I’m sold.“

“I order the same drink at every Dunkin I go to and this is the only one that ever gets it just right, very consistently. I get a large ice blended coffee and at other Dunkins, and somehow the coffee and other flavorings melt before the ice does, but one made here leaves flavor all the way through. I thought the flavorless end to the drink was just how they were supposed to be before I got one here. Thank you to the Belchertown Dunkin team.“
