This dunkin is great! The staff is always so fri friendly, fast, and efficient. I make sure I come to this one everyday. There's another dunkin that is closer to me the one on west st in chicopee but they are so horrible & rude over there that i will go out of my way to come to this one!!!
I love this Dunkin and switched over to them for my morning coffee before work. They are absolutely the sweetest here and always repeat my order back to me. I can't have regular milk and they have NEVER messed up on that regard like the other Dunkins in the area.

They had like no donuts at all. I asked for 3 cream in my medium iced coffee and they put like one?? Coffee was dark as hell. I'm assuming they ran out and got lazy, figured I wouldn't notice or care. Plus it was too late to ask them to add more cream because they already put the cold foam on it.
