The Chicopee store is one of the best staffed Starbucks in Western MA. The staff is wonderful at this location. Drinks are always spot on, kind and courteous employees and quick speed of service. I am frequently disappointed at other Starbucks locations quality of service compared to this store. Keep up the good work!
