The Chicopee store is one of the best staffed Starbucks in Western MA. The staff is wonderful at this location. Drinks are always spot on, kind and courteous employees and quick speed of service. I am frequently disappointed at other Starbucks locations quality of service compared to this store. Keep up the good work!
Spent 3 days in the area on business, came each day 2x morning and 3x afternoon, bought colleagues coffee, and these baristas knocked it out of the park each time. Thanks for the smiles!
