“I've lived in the area for almost 20 years and never once stopped here. My husband & I are in the area visiting & decided we'd get some Doughnuts & try it, and we were not disappointed!! If you are ever in the West Springfield area & want some homemade fresh Doughnuts, Donut Dip is your place.Parking: Parking may be limited as it is in a small location for one & depending on what time of day you go, it can be very busy.“
“This is a quaint and friendly coffee and breakfast shop with freshly made food, coffee, lattes, and other drinks along with pastries omelets and more. It appears to have many local regulars. My pesto omelet loaded with vegetables was so good but I had to take half home it was so large. There was not a crumb left by my friend of his French toast with strawberries and whip cream which was totally devoured by him!“
“Finally had the chance to go here and it’s everything I’d hope it’d be. Super friendly staff, good parking, great atmosphere! Since I live an hour away I had to try a little of everything breakfast lunch and even took something for dinner lol. Breakfast sandwich was perfect lunch sandwich was also great. “Food is great. I ordered for take out and I think the cafe space inside and out is adorable and cozy. Was surprised by the large portions of the foods. “Great place to grab breakfast. Unfortunately I found the coffee (an Americano with three shots) rather bitter. Eggs Benedict was fantastic, but they serve it with salad, which for me detracted from the dish (something more savory would be better). Food and drink are ordered at the counter and delivered to your table. Very nice settling.“
“We tried for the first time today! :) Food was great & coffee even better. Really enjoyed my coffee. Service wasn’t rude but was very unfriendly. Very stoic and serious, straight to the point. Seemed bothered by our presence and a question on the menu. The dining area wasn’t clean and upon walking in, everyone was standing around (we were the only ones in there) so not sure why it was so messy. Perhaps they were taking a break in between a rush which is understandable! I will give it another shot soon.“
“Nice diner-like coffee shop, except in a train car. Seating both inside and outside. I found the coffee a bit bitter, but there are a lot of options. Food looked good, but I didn't have any. Spring seating outside was limited to the sidewalk. I'd go back.“
“Excellent location convenient , bright , sunny and big! Seating inside and out. I went there today close to closing and they were out of their popular whole grains so I got myself a treat and even asked for a coffee suggestion as I normally drink black. Awesome latte and the girl was so kind and helpful !No wonder Tandem is going strong in the valley!“

The end of the day we got huge peanut butter, chocolate chip cookies and blueberry muffins and fresh croissants as well as three coffees Two hot total 21.00. “OMG There is overpriced and then there is insult to injury. $7.25 for a 2 shot latte is just insane, and according to your menu board makes no sense since a 2 shot large latte is 6.2?. The place was packed so maybe I am just insane. The latte was warm and had bubbles in the milk. Teach your employees how to think outside the box when charging , all that had to be done was ring up a large latte and note 12 ounce cup.“
“I really liked this coffee shop! It had great egg bites that I could tell were homemade. The service was good, and I loved the upstairs space. It had a "take a book leave a book" shelf which was super fun. The espresso wasn't as strong as I would have liked it. Overall I loved the atmosphere!“
“Dear Tart/Catalpa Coffee, I was a regular at CatalpaCoffee for years but because of your reduced evening hours have had to switch to Ana Banderia on Main St. I am there now and it is bustling and full of customers at 6:16 pm on a cold Thursday in February. It makes me sad that Catalpa is not open and bustling as well.“

“One of my favorites of all time. Their croissants and cookies are to die for and their baristas make really great drinks. I don’t drink but I hear the bar is wonderful as well at night. I used to come in late at night in college and order a pot of tea and study or read. It’s been a couple years since I’ve been back and I love the newly renovated space but also miss the old space and it’s cozy vibe.“
“This is an amazing Dunkin Donuts.. the 2 girls that mostly work there.. Giovanna and Paola are extremely nice, as well as fast and efficient. They are faster than the location with a drive thru.. “I LOVE the food here! However, it was already quite expensive and they’ve just raised the prices. Do yourself a favor and don’t order the mac & cheese. It’s delicious but it went from $6.50 to $9.50 overnight; and the last time I ordered it, the container was only 2/3 full.“
“This location probably gives me the fastest service without sacrificing friendliness. The barista taking my order at the drive through, regardless of which day, is always very upbeat and polite. I don't get the chance to go here daily as I live a few towns away but it's definitely a nice treat when I'm in Athol. Very hard working staff! Thank you!“

I really like to get my non drip candles from here. The jewellery also looks beautiful, I am always eyeing it up. It’s right by the pond, which is idyllic. I can’t wait for the seating to be outside in the summer!“
“This Dunkin' Donuts was disappointing in terms of order accuracy and cleanliness.It is located inside of a gas station with a drive thru window, so that's convenient. But unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't very clean or well organized.“

“Hands down the highest quality, most consistent cup of coffee in Northampton.It’s located inside a three-story 19th century arcade with hardwood floors and stamped ceilings (Thornes Marketplace), so the atmosphere is also singular.And I have to appreciate that Share opens at 9am on weekdays, even though the rest of Thornes snoozes until 10am.“
