“so let me start by saying I've been coming here everyday for probably 15 years. I wouldnt say I recommend them but things have been fine over the years minus a few poorly made coffees etc. There is a male who takes your order in the drive thru who has the very best attitude and he is always really great. However today I found a piece of metal in my sons chocolate glazed donut. I decided to call and tell them so they could check their donuts to ensure this wasn't a problem in others. I didnt want anything feom them except for them to ensure the safety of others and check their donuts. The lady who answered I believe is the manager. She brushed me off and basically said they don't make the donuts as if this deems it not her problem... this was an unacceptable response and very concerning. If I were an employee and someone called me to tell me there was a metal piece in a donut I would have asked questions and been very concerned! However, it was obvious she did not care and had zero intentions on following through. . I'm thankful thst we saw the metal before my son ate it and I am unsure how they didnt see it before placing it in the bag since it was sticking straight out!“

“I'm local to this place and go frequently. 90% of the baked goods are vegan and theres 3 or 4 menu/sandwich options that are delicious and vegan. On Sundays the owner makes bombolini, and lately there has been atleast one option that is vegan. All the food is perfect every time I go, the coffee is fantastic too.“

“My husband and I were avid Starbucks espresso drinkers who wanted fresher espresso and started trying different local coffee shops/cafes in the area. Most were really good but Ludlow coffee Co is amazing and honestly top notch. I haven’t found a place I like more. The cold foam is deliciously whipped and doesn’t fall flat. I’ve had several coffee meets with my friends here and we all love the chill vibe it gives as well. Sandwiches and pastries are also delicious and very well made. Good portion size for the price. There are dairy free options such as almond or oat milk. No soy option. Great spot to stop for coffee. I recommend this spot to everyone and stopped looking for my favorite local coffee shop/cafe because I found mine.“

An “Emily’s favorite” sandwich paired excellently with a perfectly proportioned flat white and an apricot rosemary square. Lo and behold Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters was a four minute walk from our AirBnB! Delicious sunrise smoothies, latte, Americano, breakfast sandwiches, scones and the cherry on top- a rad t shirt to support the Trevor Project! We will definitely be visiting again!“

If you want that old classic taste of a hot pot of coffee from Grandma at 5 am, this is the place to order there ground coffee is made by the oldest type of coffee machine I've seen it looks amazing smells amazing but the best part is the flavors. I've went to that day of waking up with my grandma making coffee for my grandpa for work and it made me so happy to drink the cup they give to anyone that wants it.10/10“

“Alexxxx is my guy he knows my order and its always friendly no matter how busy he is he always acknowledges us and says Hi...the girls are sweethearts always waving and saying Hi with a smile. The atmosphere is awesome nice and quiet. Very nice staff. You also have to take into consideration becuase of one bad employee or one bad situation u shouldn't blame the whole store or every employee.“

“This is a fine Star Bucks location. The renovations have improved counter space and room for busy baristas. For the drive through service it’s fast and efficient. They have clearly fixed any issues with order times. I give them Five Stars ⭐️“

I’m a regular in the morning and they know my order every time I pull up which might be common but one of the great drive through people at this Dunkin’ is really amazing at drawing and he’s drawn art on my Dunkin cups so now I’m sold.“
