It's rundown now. The furniture is beaten up and has holes covered in tape. The food options are pathetic; nothing like previous years. Their app doesn't always work and I have not received credit for purchases over 3 months. Something has changed in senior leadership at the corporate level affecting the wonderful customer experience they had 2 years ago.
Just dropped by Caffè Nero recently and I've got some thoughts to share. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, but there's a bit of room for improvement.First up, the vegan elderberry cake – total winner! It was delicious, like seriously good. The cake was moist and the elderberry flavor was just right – not too overpowering but definitely there.
