Love this little hole in the wall place. After walking and shopping it’s a great break with boba tea and some waffle bites. They even have a public restroom which you need to just ask for the key.
I have been here twice, but the experience and food/drinks were inconsistent.First time: I got the brown sugar boba milk, which was tasty. The boba was cooked well, sweet, and warm because it was fresh. I also got the chocolate and original smiley egg waffles. I liked the chocolate more because the original was a bit too dry. I'm sad they discontinued their egg puffs :( that was my primary reason for going here. I still got the signature fruit tea with lychee popping boba and it was very good. There wasn't enough seating for me to enjoy my drink sitting down though - I went at 7pm on a Thursday. I enjoyed my tea nonetheless.
