Hadn't been back in a while, but I’m glad I stopped in. Met Anna and Nicole that night—absolute rockstars. Super friendly, quick, and totally in sync. Just a chill, effortless vibe all around. The food? Way better than I remembered. Solid experience from start to finish.
Went here after dinner with some friends and had a really good time. The atmosphere was lively without being overwhelming, and I loved that there were multiple areas to hang out — perfect whether you want to sit and talk or stand around with a drink. The drinks were solid and reasonably priced for Back Bay. Great spot overall for a night out with friends. Definitely would go back!
I’ve always loved Clerys, but what I saw yesterday was really disappointing. I’ve been a bartender in Boston for six years, and while having some friends visit, I witnessed a manager loudly scolding the bartender who was serving us apparently just for taking a lunch break. It was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. The poor bartender looked on the verge of tears and went straight to the bathroom afterward. No one deserves to be treated like that.
