Fox & Flight is an airport bar and eatery that offers a mix of simple, fresh food and a selection of drinks. The bartender was originally nice, but became irate as the bar filled and 100% needs an attitude check. The team is understaffed; a great server and bartender handled the front of house with only one cook, and a manager helped run food but there were no table touches or management of the guest experience. The eggs & polenta, which were one of the best things I’ve had in a long time, were worth the wait. The Caesar Salad was one of the best Caesar I have ever had, and the Italian panini was chefs kiss. The espresso martini was one of the best I have ever had. Fresh brewed iced tea with simple syrup complemented the meal. Breakfast options were limited but the breakfast sandwich was tasty, and the coffee was ok, like gas station coffee. A cheerful bartender served a Fiddlehead Hazy IPA that tasted very good. Fox & Flight is popular with travelers, but the staff needs leadership support to keep up with demand.
