Came for the soup dumplings. Delicious.
Reasonable for the area. It’s quick, dishes are flavorful, broth has body, but seating can be tight.
I’ve tried this place a few times and seems to be consistent. The dumplings are as good here as anywhere else.
Space is tight and not much room for outerwear if you come in the colder months. Warmer months are fine, but not sure if you want a hot bowl of something when it’s hot out.

JIBEI CHUAN季北川 （花胶鸡汤米粉） is a go-to place for inexpensive and flavorful food. The food is delicious, and the tea is fascinating. Any of the rice noodles are great, and the portion sizes are very very generous. The Hong Kong Style french toast is a must. The Hong Kong toast and fried rice are great picks too. Fried pork is delicious, not greasy or oily, and the soup dumplings were robust in flavor and very authentic. The beef is to die for, so tender, and the broth was full of spice. The tomato soup with beef is a favorite. The Hong Kong style milk tea is DELICIOUS, and the clay teapot with a smoke effect is a very creative touch. The best thing was the service. A total of $28. Definitely worth it, highly recommend, 10/10.
