JIBEI CHUAN季北川 （花胶鸡汤米粉） is a go-to place for inexpensive and flavorful food. The food is delicious, and the tea is fascinating. Any of the rice noodles are great, and the portion sizes are very very generous. The Hong Kong Style french toast is a must. The Hong Kong toast and fried rice are great picks too. Fried pork is delicious, not greasy or oily, and the soup dumplings were robust in flavor and very authentic. The beef is to die for, so tender, and the broth was full of spice. The tomato soup with beef is a favorite. The Hong Kong style milk tea is DELICIOUS, and the clay teapot with a smoke effect is a very creative touch. The best thing was the service. A total of $28. Definitely worth it, highly recommend, 10/10.
