About Marseille Boston

Marseille Boston is a relaxed bistro serving Southern French cuisine with a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant features a variety of dishes inspired by Marseille, a Southern port city, including Risotto fruit de mer, duck confit, trout almandine, and poulet rotisserie. The decor is charming, with plants and unique fixtures, creating a cozy and aesthetic setting. Service is attentive, with staff quickly clearing plates and checking in when needed. The menu offers a good mix of options, such as the fluffy quiche similar to Tatte, fresh lox that is not overly fishy, and a variety of pastries and bread. Drinks are strong and flavorful, though not included. A popular feature is the all-you-can-eat brunch, which includes charcuterie, cheeses, French toast, shakshuka, and assorted pastries, all enjoyed for $35. Customers find the brunch buffet delicious and satisfying, with many appreciating the chance to try a little of everything. The overall vibe is classy, cutesy, and aesthetic, making it a great spot for breakfast or special occasions. Despite some parking challenges in the area, the nearby parking lot makes visits convenient. Overall, Marseille Boston offers a pleasant dining experience with excellent food and a relaxed atmosphere, though it may not be the absolute best French or Mediterranean restaurant in the city.

We went for brunch after having seen the new buffet promoted online. It was just ok as far as a buffets go, maybe the level of a good hotel buffet? Some of the things listed on the menu didn't seem to be there (toppings for the french toast, for one) and they really leaned in to the hotel buffet mold with single serve Smuckers syrup packets. The most irritating part that will really keep us from returning was that even after having our parking ticket validated by the front desk,...read full review
