“This is still a fairly new location, it's very nice, clean & attractive, large & spacious with wifi and outlets for phone charging. The squash soup with toasted pumpkins was the BEST!!! And the the cafe latte and bacon BLT on tomato bread was perfect, plenty of bacon. Service was fast. It wasn't very crowded until around 12:30 pm when I left. My only issue is the prices are too high for what you get in size and quantity of food, otherwise a great place for a meal or fancy coffee & a relatively quiet place to sit and relax, highly recommended!“
“First time at this location. Clean open very welcoming. Went inside around 745a-8a ordered from the kiosk. Forgot to order a bagel. So I went to the counter were this very joyful young lady was there. Very warm and genuine. I only spent 10mins but Ioved it. Very nice ppl inside this place. A place in which if this is your regular spot you know you will always! Be taken care of“
“Friends and I stopped by to grab a bite and witnessed a really beautiful moment! A child and their parent were in the store, and their Minnie balloon floated to the ceiling with no string attached. An employee named Victor tried to grab the balloon and when they couldn’t, Victor went to the back, grabbed a step stool and got the balloon down. Victor deserves some recognition!Maria gave us our food, 3 soups and sandwiches, and all were good.“
“This is the perfect spot, especially since it's in Boston Children's Hospital. Good for what you need in the morning or afternoon, it's up-to-date, clean, and moves very quickly, so you don't have a long wait. They've got everything you need on the menu—great coffee drinks, the whole nine yards.“
“My colleagues and I ate at Panera Bread for several days during our conference trip. The service was always fast and delicious. It was also very clean. However, we did notice that the cinnamon crunch bagel was lacking the crunch but still very good.“
“I come here almost everyday since it's very near to Northeastern University campus. Here, all staff members are friendly and always happy to help everyone. Huge cafe with dining room more than like 15 tables and also at downstairs they have space to spend time. Good if you are with your family and working professional To bring your laptop lol. They have fresh and baked items always. Food is delicious I like that. I know they work hard to provide best customer services to all customers. All welcoming and helpful. My experience here is always great. I also wanted mention one name and that is Mrs.Veronica. She always happy to help and treat customer friendly.“
“I was visiting frequently before my dad was transferred to a hospice center. I wish I could remember the cashier’s name who helped me. She was always SO KIND and put a huge smile on my face, having no idea what I was going through. The rest of the staff is great too. The food always came out quickly and it was delicious.“
