Fast service. Owners are really friendly people. Rachid is always very helpful when I need help or something needs to be refilled
This is the perfect spot, especially since it's in Boston Children's Hospital. Good for what you need in the morning or afternoon, it's up-to-date, clean, and moves very quickly, so you don't have a long wait. They've got everything you need on the menu—great coffee drinks, the whole nine yards.
Besides being in a hospital its a pretty nice place. Plus open 24 hrs is good. I liked the service the expediter was very helpful. Tip: the bubly fountain drink is AWFUL.

The vibe is welcoming and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is pretty good and the menu has everything you need, including great coffee drinks. However, parking is difficult, though there is a garage around the corner at a cost. Sometimes orders, like the steak and wake, are not prepared correctly. The bubly fountain drink is also noted as awful.
