Panera Bread in Waltham

“I’ve heard quite a lot of negative news around Panera Bread recently, but I think this place is different. The food is generally fresh and tasty for the price. The staff are very nice and friendly. I forgot to pick up part of my dine-in order and they would walk around the entire restaurant to find me and remind me to pick up the rest. Definitely beyond my expectations.“

“This was our first time ordering online and picking up from the drive through. I must say that customizing my salad was far from intuitive. Typically a plus sign (+) means add and a minus sign (-) means subtract. Thankfully the woman at the drive through asked otherwise I would have had nothing but cilantro in my bowl - the one item I did NOT want in my salad bowl. I’m glad she took the time to ask. Now that’s great customer service - thank you! Food was as expected so I’ll certainly be back. Would love to see improvements with the online ordering.“
