Great service. Great food. !!!!
Just ordered a pasta, garlic bread, amd cucumber salad to go. Got back to my hotel and no pasta. However, what I got was great and when I called they were very apologetic and refunded me right away. I'm sure it is good food and everyone was kind. Sorry I didn't get to eat the rest. Just could give full stats benzoyl of what happened but they did their best to repair it.
I enjoyed the food. However, the eggplant Parmesan was way too salty and I do like salt. The broccoli and the pasta Carbone were really really good.

The food portions are perfect and the drinks are fantastic and pretty. Parm is a must-stop Italian restaurant in Boston, right across the street from Back Bay station.
