“Great Experience at Bully Boy!
We had an awesome tour and cocktails with Luke — super informative and fun. The tasting was great…even had one we’d never tried before. Really enjoyed the whole experience and look forward to sharing Boston Whiskey with Colorado!“

“If you ever find yourself in Boston, do yourself a favor and visit Jen’s place. Jen is an incredible woman, hard working, dedicated, and truly passionate about what she does. She built her business with the kind of diligence and professionalism that can only come from someone with deep Italian roots and a genuinely kind heart.
From the moment you walk in, you can feel her warmth in every detail. The food is unforgettable, her meatballs are rich and comforting, and the cannoli are some of the best I’ve ever tasted. But what truly sets this restaurant apart is the atmosphere Jen creates. Strangers sit together at the same table, share a meal, laugh, talk, and by the time they leave, they already feel like new friends. It’s a beautiful experience, one that stays with you long after the evening is over.
I loved every moment I spent in Boston at her restaurant, and I’m deeply grateful for Jen’s generosity, her spirit, and the love she puts into her work. Thank you, Jen, for making your restaurant not just a place to eat, but a place to feel at home.
Laura Laureto.“

“My absolute favorite restaurant in Boston. Was my favorite when I lived here and continues as my favorite must-have when I come back to the city. The food is always phenomenal - favorites include the jamón ibérico (it’s like if meat was candy!), gambas (shrimp), setas (mushrooms), dátiles con jamón (essentially bacon wrapped dates), maíz (corn, I recommend getting “off the cob” for less mess/zero hand holding), the empanada, and the cod croquettes. But you really can’t go wrong!
But on top of the outstanding quality of the food, you must also consider the incredible service and people who work here. Jonathan at the host stand is beyond welcoming and helpful. Bartenders Oscar and David are gems, always attentive enough to know you’re cared for. And so many more, never had a bad experience in my many times here.
Could not recommend more!“

“Cosmopolitan setting, designed to be in and out fairly quickly w limited seating. Busy, high energy. Very well trained staff.
Amazing food. So fresh and prepared in interesting ways. Lamb hash was a real treat and the oats w berries was the freshest we've ever had.
If we lived locally, this would be a regular stop.“
“Oh what a joy! A superb example of an Irish pub in Boston. Lovely beers, authentic interior with all the idiosyncratic touches you could wish for. Our host was friendly, professional and a real credit to the pub. My daughter and I are British and it was a truly home from home experience. Thank you 😁“

“If you haven’t been to Castle Island Brewery yet, you’re missing out on one of the best spots in Boston. From their friendly staff and rotating local pop-ups to live music and unbeatable weekend energy, it’s always a good time. Add in their award-winning brews and Bardo’s delicious food menu, and you’ve got a go-to destination for your next visit to Southie“

“I didn’t even like donuts until I tried the Boston cream donut from Blackbird. Now I randomly crave donuts at 8 pm when they’ve already closed and I have to (impatiently) wait until the next morning. Anyway - these are the best, softest donuts I’ve ever had and you have to try them too. Plus the staff is super friendly and the coffee is great!“

“We came here for Thanksgiving. It was absolutely perfect! The ambience and relaxed atmosphere was amazing. My husband and I had the Thanksgiving meal and our kids had the pizza (yea I know :/). The kids ate all of their pizza and loved it. My husband and I loved everything about the Thanksgiving meal. The wine suggestions were top notch. Our server was very sweet and visited our table the perfect amount of times. Thank you for an amazing Thanksgiving experience!“

“A treasure of a restaurant on busy Cambridge St - walk through the door and you’re in a different world. Servers quickly become friends. Great spot for a romantic dinner for two but still a place where a solo diner feels welcome. Wonderful menu with choices for the adventurous and not so adventurous eater. My new favorite spot for lunch or dinner in Boston.“

“We are doing a world cruise on the Coral Princess and went to Yankee Lobster for lunch. It was absolutely delicious, heaps of lobster in the roll and fries too. My hubby had a roast chicken sandwich with fries and a Fresh Lobster Ale as well and he loved it. We had a recommendation from our tour guide and a taxi concierge... so we knew it had to be good when the locals say to go there. I forgot to show our waiter the photo I took of him, so I hope he sees it here.. Thank you 10/10 gor food and service.“

“I love this place so much. I live in PA, have a husband and children, and still contemplate leaving them for the day to drive to Bakey and pick up a boatload of baked good. It’s that good. Please please please consider coming to the Lehigh valley!!“

“Great overall experience! It’s a la carte so it can get pricey and the sauce bare was not included 🤨 but the broths and meat/seafood selection were great! A great place for large groups and special events but maybe not the best for a casual night out.“

“James Hook is the kind of place that reminds you why Boston owns the lobster roll game. The lobster is sweet, rich, and perfectly cooked, piled high in a simple toasted bun without any pretension. It’s easily one of the best I’ve ever had, hot or cold, and feels like the benchmark everyone else is chasing. The setup is casual and tight but efficient, the kind of spot where you balance your tray and make room for the next hungry group without complaint. The large lobster and crab tanks inside keep kids entertained and add to the charm of the place.
There’s no bar, just a cooler with sodas and water, but it somehow fits. The Seaport location is perfect for a stroll afterward, and while it’s undeniably touristy, it’s touristy for all the right reasons. At roughly forty dollars a roll, it’s not cheap, but it’s worth it for the quality and the experience. James Hook remains a quintessential Boston stop—fast, friendly, and all about the lobster.“

“It's 28 September 2025 at 0830. The place was super clean, comfortable, and we were treated by an amazing staff. This woman crushed it. I have not been this impressed by service in a long time. I would recommend this shop to anyone simply based off the quality of service provided by the employee.by the way the food and drinks were excellent“

“Had a wonderful time, especially thanks to the tour guide(s) at 4 pm. The main leader, “Sarah,” definitely made the experience worthwhile. There was a giant group of young kids that weren’t paying much attention (as young kids do-not a complaint) yet we were able to learn and enjoy the amazing museum and experiences nonetheless. They were very accommodating, humorous, and well equipped to handle large groups of people while keeping their attention. We liked the experience and would go back.“

“The quality and presentation of the food was top notch. We were incredibly impressed by the dining room layout and staff. If you are looking for a place to propose to your significant other… this is NOT the appropriate place. As I mentioned the food was the finest I’ve ever had; however, the music was terrible. We felt like we were in a 1990’s discotheque. The music was loud, very heavy beat and not remotely romantic. We did mention to our waitstaff and they attempted to get it turned down to no avail. No coffee or dessert available either. I understand space is limited; however you have two of the finest dessert businesses well within walking distance. Even if you only carry two desserts. I would still go back there for the food with the hopes of different music…even soft jazz would be acceptable.“

“The food is delicious and made with such care — every dish tastes fresh and flavorful. The pastries are outstanding — flaky, fresh, and just the right amount of sweetness. The café has a warm, inviting atmosphere and the staff are always friendly and helpful. A perfect spot for brunch, coffee, or a sweet treat. Highly recommend!“

“This was our first time at Troquet and we had a wonderful time. We were very happy with the service, Andy was great and made some great recommendations on cocktails. The food was delicious all around, including the bread an French butter for the table. There was not a single dish that we were unhappy with. Highly recommend Troquet!“

“One of the most flavorful meals I’ve ever indulged in! Love the vibes there, and that everything is healthy and organic. Impressed that the prices weren’t too high either! Was just traveling through Salem on vacation in September & glad I found this place. Highly recommend. “Honestly, the bagels are always awesome, but the customer service is so great. They are so busy and yet somehow everybody working there happens to be happy, smiling and fun. Shout out to Recco who answered all my questions about cinnamon butter lol. He also really explained everything about pop-up bagel and he was super helpful in a very busy chaotic setting. Whoever is reading this, whoever has some sort of push bring back the cinnamon butter every day all day every month it does not need to go away cinnamon butter, forever.“

“This place is just the best. Across all of their locations, I have always been met with extremely friendly staff, fast service, and delicious food. My favorite bowl is the Cacao Power Bowl. I had it for lunch almost every weekday this summer, and somehow never got sick of it. But in terms of smoothies, you cannot go wrong with the Mango Green. Truly a timeless classic.“

“Service was quick and effecient. Wait staff gave me a great recommendation for lunch. The short rib curry was delicious; came with rice. Dining area was small, but single seats long the window were open. Price for the entree was $22, but short ribs don't come cheap. The meat fell off the bones, and it made a tasty curry! There were also peas and peppers in the curry. Spice level was perfect, big flavor, not heat.“
