“Really great find in Boston! Super bar with bartenders who know how to generously pour. This was a return trip; my prior included dinner at a very reasonable price for some great Boston bar staples. Highly recommend Biddy's for anyone seeking a reasonably priced alternative in Boston. It's a dive bar, and one you will want to go back to.“

“Driven by here many times. I live in the area and decided to try it out. They have a lovely open concept. It’s a real good Irish pub feeling. The food is GOOD too. We got a round of mai tais, they were delicious. Mai tai is one of my fave drinks and I judge them kind of harshly for that reason. The service was good. She was on top of it and very friendly. Able to handle many patrons at once. I loved it and will be back.“

“Loved the cozy, yet chic pub vibe and charming staff! We came to experience The Fed’s famous cocktails, but we were blown away by the food selections as well. When the staff heard it was my mother’s first time in Boston, Chef John made it extra special by creating a delicious Seafood tower for us! (The scallop ceviche was to die for!) The four of us sampled the pretzel, clam chowder and pasta dishes, and I’ll be making another trip back just to have the grilled asparagus salad again. So fresh and tasty! I gave ‘Mix Master Marco’ a challenge to surprise me with a cocktail, and the daiquiri he created was just amazing. (Now I wish I could remember the name of it.)

“In Boston during FB season and searched for a Packer Bar - BansheeBar kept showing up and when asking around they were the #1 recommended place. “Its a really quaint place, the venue is nice and the kitchen delivers good dishes. I dont like how there are televisions everywhere broadcasting football and baseball the whole tine for such a small space, it makes it noisy and unpleasant. One tv is playing one topic with audio and another tv with another topic. Its messy. Please reduce this.“

“Looking for dinner options along Moody Street and this was an easy choice. I've been to Dallas and had a fun evening in their Deep Ellum neighborhood so why would I skip the opportunity to try it again.

Lots of options here, considering we have meat eaters, pescatarians and kosher eaters in the group tonight. We started off with a plate of their pickles and they were fabulous. With it, beers! Including a draft German beer for me and a tin of a non-alcoholic for Mrs. K.

For main, I chose the Italian sandwich and it was fabulous. Well loaded and very tasty if perhaps a little messy. But that's what napkins are for. Mrs. K. chose the grilled cheese and said it was excellent.

“Hogan has made Napper Tandy, Roslindale, a very community friendly place, from his friendly, witty banter to adding atmosphere with special lighting and with flowers adorning the bar.
Morgana, one of the mixologists, is very talented creating interesting and fun cocktails.
I feel like Norm from Cheers when I go to Napper because they remember my special cocktail and don’t even ask what I’m drinking.

“This was a hidden gem just when and where I needed it! I was trying to find a spot for lunch in the area that had good options, and I took my chance on what became an amazing restaurant experience even though I was by myself sitting at the bar haha. Jenn and the rest of the bar staff made great recommendations, and the food here was sooo good (I ordered the buffalo shrimp and steak frites). I told Jenn that I don’t remember the last time I cleared my plate at a restaurant, and I normally wouldn’t eat that much in one sitting, it was that good. The service was great and their friendliness and conversation was even better, and I look forward to going again next time I’m in Boston! And shoutout to whoever made the 90s/00s Neo-soul/R&B playlist, that was the cherry on top 😁“

Great atmosphere, decent food, cool bartender (Good luck with your wedding, dude!), interesting people, and as a bonus - attractive waitresses, a must for any decent bar. “Had breakfast here. The building architecture blew my mind. Thick old fashioned adornments round the interior doors were astonishing. Booths seemed to have come from a prohibition era bar. Chandeliers with soft lighting complimented the atmosphere. Can only imagine the feels come night time. Food was good, walked up to the window & told them so before leaving. If you're into Bloody Mary's, their house mix was nothing to write home about. Plenty of parking available & if you feel unsafe to drive, rent a room at the lovely Seacoast Inn across the street.
