This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered my food today at 5pm and was told it will arrive in 45min. I called at 6.30 and they said they dont know what the driver is doing it will take longer. They forgot the order and wouldn't apologize and said I should have called earlier. They lied and blamed me on top of it.
Don't order here I was a long time customer and got treated awful.
Visiting Boston with my wife for a few days and we dined at Shanti. What a great find, cosy atmosphere, good menu, excellent food and first class service. Strongly recommend to all!
