The kids and I finally made the trip to check this place out. We were immediately greeted upon our arrival and brought to our seats shortly after. The server was prompt to come greet us and bring us water. He returned a few minutes later to grab our drink orders. His timing was great for getting our food orders shortly after the drinks were all at the table. Andres and Jackie were AMAZING!!!! The food NEVER disappoint. I highly recommend this sugar factory in specific I’ve been to others but the staff here goes above and beyond!!! COME HERE!!!

The entry fee is $33 per person and includes a $10 food credit, a $5 shop credit, and one coupon per item. The menu is limited but fits the theme, featuring pink pancakes, grilled cheese, Smashburgers, spinach and artichoke dip, and tortilla chips. Food quality is mixed; the burger is good enough, the spinach and artichoke dip is not great, and the tortilla chips are not fresh. Drinks are on‑theme and adorable, but pours are small. Some cocktails cost $17–$20 each, and a Niri drink that was supposed to contain Piña Colada and strawberry tasted mostly club soda.
