The food was well seasoned and tasty. The fish cakes were way too greasy though. And the appetizer portions were too small. My date liked his food. Although they weren't accommodating about swapping out one of the ingredients. They charged extra. Their payment system was STILL BROKEN (mentioned by another reviewer) so they were ONLY accepting CASH. My date didn't have cash so I picked up the bill. Soooo what can I say about this place? Love love love the food. As a fellow African i was so excited to eat West African food because usually most African restaurants in the states are Ethiopian. The food was honestly great! Not a flaw in sight. They also had great cocktails. The only downside is that there is only one chef and so the kitchen is SO slow. TL;DR: Come here if you can meet all conditions: 1. You're looking for hearty Senegalese cuisine 2.
