“Initially visiting Wendy's. Since we're from the UK, we're sure you've heard of Wendy's—we went to one in Boston, and while it's undoubtedly better than McDonald's, it was a little run-down. The meal was clever but not very impressive, and the service was charming and courteous.“
“I sat in the Drive-Thru for 35 minutes for them to come outside and say that they were closed. I was able to order through the app and they gave me a free Frosty for the inconvenience. The man on the drive-thru was very helpful. He was tall dark skin and very polite I wish I got his name so I could have left it better review with his name.“

While the restaurant wasn't in the best condition when I visited (it was also a rainy January day), the team's good mood was absolutely contagious. (The employees were absolutely friendly and professional towards the customers, but they laughed among themselves and seemed like a long-standing team to me - which confirmed the extremely quick preparation. 👍) All in all, a successful first visit to Wendy's.“
