Everything - from the service to the milkshake - was amazing. Of course it is Brazilian-owned - you cannot find staff that is extremely polite and helpful like they anre and products with this high quality if not at a Brazilian-owned store.

I got the “I hate Mondays” and the “Rock Your World.” Both delicious. I asked for extra Nutella and the woman at the register offered to give it to me on the side, explaining that it would affect the shake’s consistency....

The attendant Marina at I Love Milkshake in Braintree is amazing!
She helped us choose the best Brazilian açaí, explained all the options, and even let us try it first. Her kindness and attention truly make a difference!

I always want to be assisted by her and by people as kind as she is.
And the açaí was prepared by Alana, who made the best açaí I’ve ever had!

Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience here! I found out my favorite flavor was discontinued but the sweetest server named Marina went above and beyond to help me find something else to try. I ended up with an oreo milkshake and it was sooo good!
