“My nonprofit group enjoyed a private party at Tokenfire. The hot appetizers were a great start to the party, with meatballs, pork dumplings, the best brussel sprouts and savory flatbreads. We enjoyed the authentic Shepherds Pie, perfectly grilled salmon, and a vegetarian pasta dish. Dessert, including a fig bread pudding with salted caramel gelato and tiramisu was fabulous. The service was excellent and the ambiance was delightful. I hope to return when they have live music.“

Lobster rolls came to mind and the Original Tommy Doyle's i have been told is meant to be one of the best in the greater Boston area. It did not miss the mark and definitely met all expectations

Apart from the good feed, we were very well looked after by our waitress - Erin - who did it all with a warm smile and kind words. Made the whole experience dining here all the better and so very memorable

Until my next trip back to Boston, will be dreaming of coming back here from 10,000 miles away 😃“

“When my uncle passed away, he left clear instructions that he did NOT want a traditional memorial service. He wanted his friends to get together and have beers. Joe and the other owners COULD NOT have been more accommodating. They helped every step of the way through this challenging time. They are incredible people, and I could not be happier with how the event turned out. I will be a lifelong supporter of Distraction, as will every single person who attended that evening. “I love going to this place, and we always enjoy the food, service, except today I request a glass of water with lemon, and the waitress brought me a plastic cup with water and lemon, sorry I don'tdrink water in a plastic cup, so nicely I ask her to change it to a glass , and she was polite, no problem, but next to us was sitting two elderly couple that since we walk in they were very upset because we sit in the next table, and as I was asking the young lady for a regular glass ,this older lady was talking trush about me, and the fellow who was sitting next to me though that because we are Spanish,we couldn't speak English, he respond the lady that Ibwas trush, I respect people, we are educated, and I didn't said what they deserve to be told ,because my parents educated me, I was raised here in Massachusetts, and probably have more manners than this old cauple, they show their true color, racist, think they own every space in the earth, shame on them, if they are so afraid of Spanish people they should not go out of their shell, I been living in Massachusetts for 55 yrs. I don't need to feel uncomfortable in any public place because of few pigeons that cannot leave at home their racism, they are ridiculous, we are in 2023 United State is not only for morons like them, the restaurant is nice, and service is great, probably this young girl is new, don't know what happen, she was nice , but like always there are people that shoyld mind there own business.

“We enjoyed our meal and the service was wonderful. We shared the whipped feta dip as a start. It was creamy, not too salty with a wonderful spicy fig jam in the middle and warm crispy bread. I ordered the Chicken and Burrata sandwich with a side Caesar salad. Both were delicious. My guest had a huge burger with sweet potato fries. We were very pleased.“

“Another fabulous slice of heaven. Around for a limited time. Supposed to close next year so get here while you can. Known as the best dive bar in Hull and the only one below sea level. I was promised to be amazed and this place did not disappoint! As my reviews may suggest, I love me a dive bar and this one is a classic. Wish it was here forever but plan on coming back as much as I can until it's gone.

“Third time here and it’s an absolute gem. The burger is consistently delicious and the beer selection is excellent.
Their service is on point and here’s why:

Brian M our server was on top of it on a busy Saturday night, quick and attentive, I noticed the price of my Buffalo Trace was different on the printed menu from the online menu, I didn’t mind the price difference bc I was happy to pay it (it was a great old fashioned) but after I pointed out the price difference…he thanked me for letting them know and comped my drink! It wasn’t necessary at all but I really appreciate that kind of response.
Secondly, I ordered the fish and chips, which is the best fish and chips I’ve ever had (shout out to the kitchen staff!) But the fish portion was a little small. I’m assuming the manager clocked it, came over and said that’s a small piece of fish let me get you another one. She came out with a piece of fish twice the size. That’s good service!
It’s cozy, quality and exactly what you want on a cold night or a hot day. Good people, great food and drinks. Thank you Publick House !“

“Had breakfast here. The building architecture blew my mind. Thick old fashioned adornments round the interior doors were astonishing. Booths seemed to have come from a prohibition era bar. Chandeliers with soft lighting complimented the atmosphere. Can only imagine the feels come night time. Food was good, walked up to the window & told them so before leaving. If you're into Bloody Mary's, their house mix was nothing to write home about. Plenty of parking available & if you feel unsafe to drive, rent a room at the lovely Seacoast Inn across the street.

“My fiancé and I were in town for an event and stopped in at TK O’Shea’s around 3:30 PM for a bite to eat. Our waitress, Mars, was absolutely incredible! Even though she was handling all the tables on her own, she stayed on top of everything with a great attitude. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. After our event, we decided to stop back in for a cocktail—and Mars was still working and still absolutely killing it! When we told her how fantastic our experience had been, she was so kind and genuinely grateful. Unfortunately, we heard that she’d had to deal with a rude customer earlier, which was disappointing to hear. People need to remember to be patient—yes, service might have been a little slower than usual, but she was doing the work of several people and doing it with a smile. We’ll definitely be back next year when we return for our annual event. The food was great, but the service was truly unmatched.“
