Amazing crew, always with a smile and good attention. Food is always fresh and restaurant is neat. I'm picky about my food and customer service, but every time I come to Braintree location I feel like home!
came into this place for a meal, and they were OUT of queso. 2 hours before closing. did not offer any kind of substitute. told me it would take 35 minutes to cook. this is what I call horrible customer service. I wont be back.
the manager just looked dumbfounded.
