“I've been using Fresh City Kitchen for work-related catering needs for the last ~2 years. The food is great, always good portions and presented so nicely (and tasty too), but the service and attention to detail from the team sets them above and beyond your typical catering service. The packaging is thoughtful and the team is always more than willing to work with you to accommodate your needs and requests. They're perfect for board meetings when I need consistency and on-time delivery but also ideal for a last-minute team lunch. Last week, we held our company picnic and right when the delivery was due, we were hit with torrential downpours and a thunderstorm. When the delivery arrived, the driver was so patient and assured me he wasn't in a rush and waited for the rain to calm down but still made the effort to set up for me in the drizzle. Their newsletters highlight different team members and they have a charitable program where you can donate your rewards point to a food bank if you're a regular customer... I love everything about their business and know I can count on them to make my job 1000x easier. Thank you, Fresh City Kitchen!“

Everything arrived individually wrapped. I was able to put out the cold appetizers immediately and quickly warm the hot appetizers. The individual dinners were delicious and super easy to reheat. Nothing dried out either! Chris really has this catering during COVID down to a science. Every guest thought the food was delicious, and as the host, I felt confident in my guests' safety.“

“I've been meaning to write this review for sometime, because Lisa and her staff absolutely deserve their flowers. We have used Tex's BBQ express for our annual staff cookouts for years. When we send out the invitation one of the first questions that are asked is "are we getting food from Tex's?" The staff are so polite, accommodating, and easy to work with. I am excited to use them each year for annual outings, but their food is so delicious and they make me want to host parties of my own with them on the grill. CANNOT recommend highly enough“

“Chef Jason is best of the best! He has a custom approach to each event, taking all food preferences, aversions, and allergies into play when creating a menu. Not only was his food unbelievable, he brought each of us personalized goodie bags to take home, gave us cooking tips along the way, and was a respectable and friendly guest. “I can't say enough great things about Sensational Paella. From the start we knew we wanted our food to be different than the typical plated wedding meal. I work in the food industry, so it was really important to me that we WOW our 150+ guests with something truly special. When I stumbled across Sensational Paella, I knew we had found exactly that--something truly special. Julian, his wife, and the entire crew treated us like family from start to finish. They always seemed genuinely excited to be working with us, and truly committed to providing a great experience for our guests. On the day of, they did such a phenomenal job of getting everything set up and sticking to our timeline, and I've never seen a faster and more efficient event breakdown -- the hall looked pristine not even 20 minutes after all the guests left. Then, of course there was the food. FREAKING AMAZING. Our guests couldn't stop telling us how amazing the paella was; so many people told us it was the best food they ever had at a wedding, which meant the world to us. There was more than enough paella for all our guests to have as much as they wanted AND for us to still take home three big tray fulls of paella. We opted for four different paellas on our buffet: the paella mixta (meat and seafood), seafood paella, meat paella, and veg paella--which was an awesome selection that naturally catered to guests with food restrictions or allergies without compromising on a great meal. The whole team at Sensational Paella went above and beyond for us, making sure we got a sample of the charcuterie platter all to ourselves, and bringing us plates of food right at the beginning of dinner. They even brought in and stacked all the chairs from our outdoor ceremony during dinner, which was really kind and saved us so much time at the end of the night. I couldn't recommend Sensational Paella more. If you want something unique that will really wow your guests, you cannot possibly go wrong with Julian and his team. Great people and great food.“

Let me tell you! I was driving by and it caught my eye. So I decided to turn back around and check it out! I was lucky to meet the owner , Jabreel (I think that’s how you spell it). He was out of rice that day so we just got jerk chicken and jerk wings with sweet plaintains and mango salad. He told us to make sure we comeback and let me tell you, MY MAN AN I WILL BE BACK! The food was so good I couldn’t believe it! Highly recommend service and food was 10/10.“

“Hiring Capers for our wedding was the best decision we’ve ever made! The people were great, and the food and drinks were out of this world. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They guided us through the daunting task of designing our menu and beverage program, as well as assisted in our furniture and linen rentals. We always felt like we were in good hands. The food was absolutely stunning! Capers has a wide variety of interesting menu options, far beyond your typical wedding dishes. We ended up going with BBQ, Asian, and fall seasonal stations, in addition to an assortment of fun appetizers, plus gourmet donuts for dessert. The food was unique, gorgeous, and most importantly, absolutely delicious! They were also able to make special accommodations for our guests with dietary restrictions, so everybody left with a full belly. Many guests told us that this was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. We definitely agree! For the bar, Capers was able to handle all of our special requests and provided a unique selection of craft beers, ciders, seltzers, as well as plenty of wine and liquor options.
