“Had a great experience NOT while I had great food and loved the atmosphere customer service was lackluster. My meal was sitting on the counter and they skipped my number by at least 20. I asked for help and the waiter ignored me and helped the next person in line instead. Totally unprofessional will think twice before coming again“

“The food consistency from this store is the same as other locations across the US, but the customer service is much better.
When receiving an incorrect order, if you call the store (not the dinky online problem reporter), they'll make it right, and they'll do it quickly.

Have you ever thought about how weird it is that wings and tenders are priced by amount of discrete pieces instead of by weight? Ever been shortchanged by the saddest little tenders or the tiniest and crappiest little wings ever? They will NOT do that to you here! No the numbers do not line up - I ordered 16 and got like 24 😎 it is a fair amount per dollar and the staff is kind and friendly.

The food here is made with love no matter whether you're ordering out or eating in. Real people with good food! Highly recommended.

And if you're vegetarian or vegan, the same kitchen and staff run Himalayan Kitchen which is super great also 👍🏻“

“A gem I wish hadn't taken me so many years to discover!

I swung by with a friend for Sunday afternoon football, and we had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was very cozy and perfect for football: not too loud at all, and there were plenty of TVs showing the Pats game & RedZone to be easily viewed from any seats in the joint. The fellow patrons were delightful to hang out with for a few hours, very fun and there were many regulars. The service was fast, friendly, and made us feel like regulars on our first visit.

Prices were extremely reasonable. The food surpassed expectations (especially the fries, they're as good as they look in everyone's pictures)! There was also a great draft beer selection, and the bartender absolutely nailed it serving in chilled glasses.

We will *definitely* be coming back soon!“

“I tried using the app and It wouldn't let me remove the mushrooms on the pizza they had here so i decided to come in and order. Paul helped us and he was awesome! “The service is great and the people are nice. The only weird thing is with the cranberry walnut chicken salad wrap. The cranberries and walnuts aren’t in the chicken salad and just put on like a topping. It was odd. I’ve never seen that before. It wasn’t fun to eat when biting into a wrap with hard chunks of candied walnuts on one side. Hurts the teeth. If it’s all mixed in, they get a little soft and the cranberries rehydrate. Hopefully this gets fixed because the wrap would be great otherwise. The chips are fantastic.“
