Staff are friendly, they adapt to the customer's needs and any requests. The corndogs come out quite quickly as well.

“Elliotts is a hometown classic. Only thing that's really lacking is their breakfast sandwiches, very dry not much flavor. But a classic hot dog is always good on a toasted bun. Their burgers and fries are good as long as you have salt and pepper. No major complaints!“

“My brother and I got into town around 3pm for a 7pm Bruins game. Looking for a place to hang out, grab a bite and a beer, we stumbled on The Harp. Glad we did! Service was great. Guy was attentive, knowledgeable, and fun! We got the chowda and wings to start. Both were excellent. My brother got the fish sandwich and I got a burger. The Burger was cooked just right, and was delicious.
We sat at the bar for about two and a half hours. When we arrived, it was pretty slow. As the afternoon progressed, the place became packed. The Harp staff responded accordingly and never missed a beat. Great food at reasonable prices, great service, and great atmosphere. Great job team Harp!“

“I came to the Waltham 5 Guys on a late Tuesday night around 8 PM with a serious problem. I am a salesman in the area and because of an accident yesterday I was stranded with some of my belongings 15 minutes before I had to meet with a client. After allowing some employees to search my belongings so that they could determine I was telling the truth, they let me temporarily leave my belongings at their establishment. It was the difference between making money and not making money. It is rare to find this basic humanity at corporate franchise settings. With a single act of kindness, Lester & Eddie transformed my night from one of desperation into one of joy.
