The staff are constantly checking in on you and making sure your water is always topped off. The decor is stunning—modern, sleek, with gold accents that give it a touch of luxury. Even the bathroom is pristine, with fancy toilets, automated trash cans, soap dispensers, and even high-end toilet paper—it’s clear they pay attention to every detail! The food was amazing. We tried the hot stone wagyu dish, the Khao Soi, the tiger shrimp pad thai, and the ribeye in curry. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The only slight drawback was the timing, as three dishes came out together and the last arrived about 10 minutes later, but the quality more than made up for it. The cocktails were a highlight—creative, strong, and perfectly crafted. The vibe in the restaurant is fantastic, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. The service is exceptional—attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and ensured our drinks were always topped off without being intrusive. They truly set the gold standard for hospitality.

The dishes here are intensely flavorful and authentic. Everything tasted incredibly fresh.

“Best grilled chicken and rice combo, very generous portions of rice and chicken with good soup. I can highly recommend this. Do not get any wings from them. And make sure you confirm your order with the staff, they sometimes make mistakes. I tried the sticky wings and it wasn't fully coated with sauce, there was some blood veins in the chicken and I'm sad to say I found a short hair in one of my pieces. As the staff had to redo my wings order bc she mistook my order to her recommendation of chicken skins, I didn't want to complain. Needless to say, I won't be returning bc of hygiene and service. I love Thai food and really wanted to support them.“

“This is such a hidden gem! We ordered chicken pad thai, shrimp fresh rolls and pad see ew. The broccoli was super fresh and perfectly cooked. Chicken was tender. The fresh roll was HUGE. The heart stickers on the boxes was such a sweet touch. Fresh, delicious and great value for the money. The space is small, just a few tables. More of a takeout spot. Will definitely order from here again. If they could add Pad Woon Sen to their menu, I would be super excited!“

“I don't write many reviews. For me to write a review a restaurant has to be either really bad and amazingly good. Sugar and spice is amazingly good Thai food! My wife says it was the best pad thai she's ever had. My son had the tamarind duck, which I sampled, and I had the kanom jean nam ngaio (see pics). Both were sooo good. Service was very friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back!“

Creamy Tum Yum Noodle Soup: The Tum Yum soup broth was exactly authentic. It provided a strong taste of both tangy and spicy, exciting my taste buds and increasing my appetite. As for the ingredients, shrimps were fresh and bouncy, char-siu slices were crunchy but not greasy, while the lime added extra zing to the soup.
But to be frank, unfortunately I could still taste the gamey smell from the refrigerated pork, even though it had been that heavily seasoned.“

“I love their pad Thai!! Ga grob is my favorite kind. It's a boneless piece of fried chicken sliced up and set on top of the pad Thai noodles. I get the peanut sauce to put over it. Their peanut sauce is also amazing!! Thick and creamy with a spicy kick. Pad Thai noodles delicious and sweet. Always packed up nice and neat. My food is always hot and they make it within 15 minutes. Place is always clean, plenty of parking and customs service is excellent. I would highly recommend that you try this place. We liked everything we ordered- mango sticky rice, blue elephant matchsticks, fried egg rice, orange chicken, chicken satay. We ordered lots to try different dishes. Picky eaters were happy too. “Charm Thai Bistro is a favorite for my entire family. Takeout is still nice and hot when we get it home and everything is packaged with care. I can't get enough of their Spicy Crab Rangoons and would eat them every day if I could. Everything tastes super fresh and spice levels are just right.

Our first time in; We dined in on a Wednesday and was instantly greeted and sat to a table with a menu. The atmosphere here is very welcoming and feels like I’m going to a family’s house for a wholesome home cooked meal. (And a great music playlist might I add)
We ordered quite a bit, thai rolls, chicken pho, lomein, pork fried rice! Everything came out quickly while still being hot, rich in flavor and overall better than most if not all similar restaurants in the Boston area.

“Give this place a try! A small business that offers fresh and authentic Thai food at an affordable price. We came there for lunch and there had been a photo session going on (for their meals). We waited outside for 5 mins while the photographers were wrapping up. We ordered the papaya salad, basil fried rice, and boat noodle. All of them were delicious and taking us back to Thailand. The papaya salad was great. We asked for a medium spicy and we got medium. They used both red and green chili’s and it just tasted so refreshing. The basil fried rice was the best. It’s so fragrant that I couldn’t remember when I had such fried rice for the last time. Perhaps in Thailand. It’s so mouth watering and not too salty. The boat noodle was also yummy. The beef was very generous and they used lots of herbs and you can really taste the richness (yet not heavy) of the broth. This is a small business so you might see some unorganised stuff in the corner. But it’s not unappealing or anything like that. We were just wondering that they could’ve had more space for more customers had they cleaned it up. But I would definitely come back.“
