A beautiful café that feels so peaceful, considered and thoughtful in its every detail—the perfect place to sit with a friend, or take some time to just be alone and read a book. The co-owner Namwon has great energy. He was always really kind and welcoming to me and my boyfriend (we are from Australia, but Dado felt like a little slice of home). The food is really tasty (I could never go past their egg-salad sandwich; my partner loves the bibimbap wrap), and Dado, of course, has an amazing selection of teas. More than just feeding the body, all the meals felt like they were nourishing the soul. Just good honest cooking—maybe the rarest of things today. We’re about to leave Harvard this semester, and one of the great things we’ll miss is Dado.“

“It's like I'm greeted by family every time I go. Solid pizza, solid subs, very reasonable prices — we live on the other side of Charlestown but it's our main go-to when we're tired to cook and don't want to spend forever figuring out something or wait for Doordash — even on Friday nights things are basically always ready in 15 minutes.“

“I'd been trying to find pizza I just craved since moving from Melrose to Stoneham 8 months ago. So far the leader is very good, but no delivery or open on Sunday. Then I saw a post from my favorite Petrones here and discovered that they'd deliver to me. 30 minutes later my pizza and a side of grilled chicken were on the way, ordered through the website and delivery app. A given time of 6:20 was exact! The driver came to my door like an old friend, in a clean Petrones golf shirt, even offering to bring it inside for me. Perfection! The crust was both crispy and chewy. With a unique slightly salty finish, which is delightful. Very generous toppings, well balanced across the pie. Their cheese blend is biteful yet has that long string satisfaction. I opted for alfredo over their signature red sauce and wasn't disappointed, although I'd like more garlicky taste--easily solved next time. The side of grilled & chopped chicken was very tasty and will be awesome on tomorrow's lunch salad. I was very pleased by the generous portion. I'm thrilled to have Petrones back on my speed dial. The ordering app was clunky although it did give real time updating. I think calling will be less annoying. Thanks for the great food. I knew they'd changed hands since I moved but the food quality was definitely unchanged! Yay“

“Food is great. Not that many vegetarian options but offers a good selection. Prices are reasonable and it's a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Make sure to ask for specials of the day. There are great combos to try. Service is fast and there is a lot of seating available which helps when it's busy.“

“Editing because this place definitely deserves much higher than a 3.9. Granted, I have only ever ordered the pizza sized calzones, so I can't speak for the rest of the menu, but the pizza sized calzones here are incredible, I order them any time I have people over, which has happened pretty frequently since my original review 🙂.

Their calzones are fantastic! The pizza sized calzones are enormous and my and my friends favorite thing to get here. The buffalo chicken is especially good. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a good calzone.“

“The absolute best buffalo chicken pizza ive ever had. So much chicken for the price they are almost giving away food. 100% my new fav pizza spot. Cant wait to try to the rest of the menu!! I added a note to please make it with a buffaol sauce base ( 1st time ordering im not sure how they make it normally) they did and it was delicious. Got a small and some mozzarella sticks and could only eat half. Even for a small that pizza was stacked with chicken.“

“really really friendly staff!! Best pumpkin chocolate chip muffin I have ever had. 4/5 stars on the food because I have a sensitive tummy and sometimes there is a little too much oil in the sandwiches for my liking. But taste is there!! My go to here is an iced chai or a decaf vanilla late. :)“

“I am a regular, probably more often than I should. I get my usual Power Protein smoothie, which is amazing, but I’ve also tried other food and bowls, and everything I’ve had is great.

Moreover, the staff there is amazing!!! Everyone is so friendly and nice, and the service is always fast and super high quality!“

“We tried the Pick 2 for lunch and it was great! The portions were huge and everything was delicious. Hadn’t been to Sal’s for years and will definitely be back soon. One order was for a Buffalo Chicken Calzone and Garlic Knots and the other was Pizza and garlic knots. Best deal around and it’s really good too!“

“I’ve only ordered takeout and had it delivered. As a vegetarian, many places have a limited selection of items. Pizza Hazel has a great selection of vegetarian items. I can’t recommend their falafel wrap with hummus enough. They also have fantastic jalapeño poppers. They taste homemade and not like the store bought ones that most of the other places around here serve. Everything I’ve purchased tastes fresh. I used to go to a couple of the other pizza shops, but Pizza Hazel is definitely becoming my favorite.“

“Came in around 730pm last night (May 11th) for a burger plate, and damn was that a good idea! Absolutely phenomenal, I couldn't wait to get home, I ate right outside. Once finished, I walked in to let them know they did a fantastic job with cooking. Wow! Wow! Top 3 burger EASY!!!
