One of the baristas is on a tear about something and is slamming cabinet doors and banging dishes and coffee cups. He is not impolite but is speaking in a very loud voice when requesting an order. Hope he goes on a break soon. The noise is so jarring.
Fantastic food and service, but the workers need more staff support during busy periods for sure! While they maintained steady, friendly service, the baristas were obviously scrambling to keep up with the line and everyone ordering noticed they seemed distinctly short-staffed. Hopefully this was a fluke and Cafe Nero otherwise staffs appropriately for the work volume!

I really love the location and ambience of this Caffè Nero location, it's situated right outside the Porter T stop and is the perfect place to stop in for some takeaway, or settle in and relax with a hot drink.
