Changsho is a hidden gem for excellent vegetarian food! Additionally, the staff have always been very accommodating to my food allergies, helping to provide an enjoyable experience.
The food was excellent, good balances of spices and not salty. We shared the cold noodles with peanut sauce. One of the best we have had. I had fish in ginger and scallion sauce. The fish was fresh and lightly breaded, quite delicious. My wife enjoyed the lettuce wrap. All dishes were quite plentiful as well. I decided to stroll in really not that hungry but just to see how things were and I was impressed everything was close to perfect next time I go back it's for the Pekin duck...
