Really great service, accommodating to changes to make dishes vegetarian. I would try the new restaurant where the Dial used to be. The arrancini are delicious. Unfortunately, we found most of the food very average. We tried the arrancini, salmón crudo, calamari friti, shaved Brussels salad, kale Caesar, gnocchi, rigatoni, fettuccine, margarita pizza, pepperoni pizza, nduja pizza, and cocktails. The pizzas were soggy flatbread style. The pasta was rich but not super complex. The salads weren’t filled and the blue cheese dominated the flavor of the shaved Brussels, the salmón crudo is quite small.Vegetarian options: Most things have dairy but the restaurant can easily remove sausage or meats on several of the pastas.

Went to Viale while on vacation in MA. I found it to be better than the popular Italian restaurants in downtown Boston. The food was incredible. My wife, who is a vegetarian with high food standards, absolutely loved the beat salad, shaved brussel sprouts, and arancini that they served her. The meatballs were delicious. Service was great. The manager met with us and was very friendly and accommodating. This will be our go to spot from now on whenever we visit Boston.Vegetarian options: Some great vegetarian options on the menu, but the manager made it clear that they would also modify any dish to accommodate a vegetarian diet, upon request.

NOT worth the money.Expensive and yet the food was aggressively mid at best. Don’t even think abt trying the mocktails. Everything is soo unpalatable. Bland, flat flavors. Gf and I stepped in bc the atmosphere looked cute and we were in the mood for Italian but damn. Our appetizers were mid and it was just downhill from there :(

Viale offers a decent Italian dining experience. However, during my visit, the service fell short, and the food was just average. For a more enjoyable ambiance and tastier fare at a comparable price point, I'd suggest checking out Gufo instead.

This place is an absolute diamond! You can tell that, so much love and thought went into creating it, The food is delicious, creative and well balanced. The cocktails, beer and wine are perfectly paired. The atmosphere is perfectly gentle, gritty, authentic and local. And, like every great restaurant the people are wonderful caring, helpful and magical. Go early go often!

Came here with a group for my birthday. I have never been here before and honestly it was a Hail Mary guess based off of the fact that they have wild boar bolognese- the traditional way they make bolognese in Tuscany. Figured if they came correct on that, they probably know what they are doing. OH. MY. GOD. I’m not joking when I say this was one of the best meals of my ENTIRE life! It’s the kind of food that when you take a bite, your soul leaves your body for a minute and you have to sit back and immerse in the sustained bliss of pure sensorial pleasure before returning to earth for another one . Our group ordered: the wild boar gnocchi, salmon crudo, saffron aroncini, local beef carpaccio, and lamb croquettes, shaved brussel sprouts, giononne chicken, amongst others. Every bite from every dish was perfection. This place is a hidden gem. Do yourself a favor and try Viale.

We went there for brunch with friends and our 19 month old toddler. Their service was very welcoming and they were very attentive about any needs. We had salmon crudo, pork hash, shrimp and grits, and eggs Benedict and enjoyed the food a lot. Portion sizes were good. I would definitely come back.Kid-friendliness: The stuff was very welcoming and helpful with our toddler

The atmosphere was nice. The service was really great, friendly, and accommodating. I like salty but, our food was a salt bomb. If it wasn't for that it would have been great.Kid-friendliness: We had kids and they were great with kids but no kids menu
