“We found Catering by Terrie while searching for local caterers for our unexpectedly rushed wedding. Most catering companies declined the request as the wedding was planned for less than two months away. Terrie not only agreed to work within the limited schedule, but also adapted some of the dishes from her catering menu to accommodate some of our guests with restrictions. Terrie’s team was punctual, polite, and professional. The food was fantastic, and by the end of the evening all the guests were well-fed. Many compliments were received on the charcuterie board, curry noodle bowls, coconut shrimp, chicken parmesan sliders, and many others. Set-up and take-down also went without a hitch. With all of the headache and stress that went into a wedding planned on such short notice, Terrie and her team graciously handled one of the biggest aspects, and helped to make the day as perfect as we could have hoped.“

“We used Royal Indian Kitchen to cater for my graduation party. The event for set for the afternoon. Ranveer and his team arrived ahead of time to set up for the event and were completely ready before the guests arrived. They made fresh samosas and aloo tikki at the venue for the chaat. Samosas are a must have; they are second to none. The chaat was delightful. We also had a platter of freshly prepared grilled chicken and paneer come out of the tandoor and it was super delicious. The mango lassi served as a great accompaniment for the appetizers. The fresh hot naan was delicious and went well with the main courses. Overall the food was a solid 5 star.

The service Ranveer and his team provided was beyond excellent. The team is hardworking and knowledgeable; very professional and very approachable. The entire process of booking the catering for the day; discussing the menu; tasting the samples was overall very smooth. “Gourmet Caterers were the required caterers for our venue the PEM in Salem, and we are so happy we had the opportunity to work with them for our wedding. Ann and Isa from the team were so helpful, getting us organized before the tasting, and adjusting the menus to fit our needs. We had a lot of Gluten Free guests, and they found ways to accommodate this so everyone felt safe with their meals. This is on top of how all of the food was. A special touch was that we were given a separate bride & groom plate to enjoy some of the cocktail hour nibbles on our own. The food at the reception was delicious, including a selection of petit desserts that were to die for. Everyone we talked to loved the food and were so impressed by the level of service that they received from the GC team from the cocktail hour, to the bartenders, to the tableside service.
