But it was the most lovely, enthusiastic, sincere, cracker jack...and fire cracker of a bartender, Kal, that so stood out! She should get commissions for Princeton Station public relations ! She exuded joy and praise for the splendid funtions they put on, the restaurant and entertainment offered. She even offered me a tour, which I accepted, and sung the establisment's praises! She -- and Princeton Station-- got my vote! I'll spread the word! She makes Princton sparkle! SHE DESERVES TWO RAISES!“

Had to excuse myself walking back to my table i notice the door to the kitchen was open saw the chef was cooking i told him that the was outstanding chefs never hear the good only the bad he told me his name was Paul. “You have to order their egg lemon drop (avgolemeno) soup!!! It is constantly excellent and hot when it’s delivered. I am Greek so it’s something I know how to make but Kastore’s is such a treat when you don’t have time to make it!“

“The food at Rosco’s was spectacular - huge portions and great prices. It was so hard to decide what to eat because everything on the menu sounded delicious with the diner’s own unique take on American breakfast classics. We were not disappointed with anything we ordered. The pancakes are the best I’ve ever had - thick and fluffy with a hint of vanilla. The corned beef brisket was juicy and flavorful. Eggs cooked perfectly. The waiter was awesome. The coffee is good. I want to come back to try some of their Greek food.“
