“In my opinion, this is the best McDonald’s in the MA area. The staff are efficient & serious about their job. They work hard to dispatch the order out to the customers and the staff are usually nice to it’s patrons. (Chelsea’s Staff in 472 Broadway are more friendlier than the other McDonald’s in the area or fast food spots.) I usually have a good experience and the staff are respectful and professional for the most part. No complaints if you are doing fast food deliveries such as Ubereats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc definitely order from them they are responsible and will have it ready for you compared to other McDonald’s. Please shoutout to this location great staff and please continue with the great work. I believe other fast food places should follow this location as an example of professionalism and efficiency because they are rockstars.

Parking: It’s a hit or miss. Afternoon is packed. To find parking is the morning or the night.“

“This McDonald’s it truly getting better, I used to get at least 1 wrong item in my order (pretty big order) been coming here more recently and the staff not only is super friendly but haven’t had any wrong orders recently, it does get packed a lot which I understand but I’m honestly loving the new vibe of the place! There is 3 kiosks, a self serve soda selection of Coca Cola products and a walk up / biking window! Love this place and love the workers!

“My best friend introduced me to Flavor Boom, and I’m so glad they did! I visited their downtown Boston location and was really impressed. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious — full of flavor just like the name promises. The prices were also very reasonable, especially for the quality and portion sizes. “We stopped by here on Halloween needing some fuel for our trip to Salem! It did not disappoint! We were welcomed with smiles and free falafel tasters. It was a Friday special so we had extra falafel with the falafel bowl order too. I ordered the falafel bowl, which was INCREDIBLE! My husband had another bowl which I can't remember what it was called but it had egg in it - he also enjoyed this. There is a small seating area inside and some additional seats on the street.
