“Mario was so nice and is a great employee - my friend and I came in and she specified she had a dairy allergy, but they hadn’t used a different pitcher to make it. She clarified her allergy with them and Mario immediately made her a new one and made sure there was no cross contamination! He was so great and deserves props for handling it with grace!“

As an entrepreneur, I understand how important leadership and teamwork are. Even while the store is seeking a manager, your crew has done an incredible job maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

As a community member, I really appreciate the effort to connect and understand others. My first visit was a little rocky — not because of the service, but because of my custom drink (which not everyone’s trained to make). Still, the team handled it with patience, open-mindedness, and support for one another. You could feel the team love.
