“The silver rum is as clean and crisp as a mountain spring! The spiced rum has complex flavor, with notes of cinnamon and pepper, yet it is smooth and easy to sip. The gin is steeped in rich botanicals but not overpowered, and the juniper notes are pleasant without being too ‘piney’. This distillery knows what their doing, and I don’t expect they will be a micro-craft for long.”

“Last night, my husband and I ate here for the first time. We both had the chicken dinner, served with mashed potatoes, grilled butternut squash & a cranberry chutney. WOW!! What an amazing meal. “Food is good along with the choices. Unfortunately some of the staff need re training. Tonight the cashier was writing on different tickets while we were trying to order. Last time as we were standing there for almost 10 minutes while we were ignored. But when the phone rang that was picked up right away and that order was placed.”

The atmosphere is casual and clean and I was personally very excited with the small details that set it apart from my average American dining experiences. My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this spot on a random day-long road trip but I would love to return!”

Their weekend raised donuts were also amazing-- love the variety of flavors and the display made it hard to choose--they all looked so delicious!
