“The French onion soup here is heavenly! The soup is really rich and tasty, loaded with onions, and covered with melted cheese on top. Honestly, one bowl is never enough.
You also have to try their Monte Cristo French Toast—French Toast stuffed with cream cheese, sweet smoked ham, and Swiss cheese, and served with strawberry syrup. It's totally to die for, and just as good as the soup! The portion is huge, but the price is super affordable, so you really get your money's worth.
Besides, the owner and staff are lovely. Super friendly with great positive energy. If you're in Boston, you gotta try Thornton's restaurant before you leave. It's a true Boston local spot that's been open for over 49 years, where locals eat. Seriously, if you don't try this place, you haven't really experienced Boston!“

“Fun place and waitress was great. My daughter even made me drive back to get her the buffalo chicken sandwich today. My only complaint would be the outrageous $6 for strawberry lemonade. That’s crazy for a drink. Other than that it’s a great all day breakfast place with a nice vibe“

“Cristhian was our server and he was FANTASTIC! Our food was awesome, and Cristhian was attentive and kind and made our experience so enjoyable. He went above and beyond, and even sent us complimentary dessert! Overall, it was an amazing first experience at Terra, and we can’t wait to go back!“
