We had a very nice lunch here and all of the staff was incredibly friendly and cheerful and engaging. It was a pleasure. Our server was particularly kind and wanted to be sure we had a nice experience - his name is Akenzua (Kenzie). Kudos to everyone there.
I am writing to give high marks to the stellar young African American man who helped me today (04/01/23, 3:04 pm). Unfortunately, I did not get his name but his warm, attentive, and respectful nature helped make a very bad customer service experience from two other staff people at 40 Carrots tolerable. 40 carrots is a good spot for lunch or froyo. Each yogurt was 10$ and we got the smallest size which is pretty steep for ice cream. Employees are friendly. It's definitely a nostalgic spot for me since my grandmother and mother would take me when I was younger after a day of shopping. Does the trick when you're hungry after a day at the mall.
