“It is a Starbucks, but the staff is lovely here. Always working hard and friendly. Food is typical of the chain, and so is the coffee, etc. Staff does always ask if I want my pastries warmed, which is thoughtful and does not happen elsewhere. Tables could be a bit cleaner, but I hold customers at fault for that as the staff is typically too engaged to run over after each and every customer. The groups of loud WPI students can be rough if you're trying to work or study, however. Then again, public space, it happens and is to be expected. The best highlight is the staff for sure.“
“I've had a great experience getting my "Misto Coffee " everything with the brew ever!!! It was a most pleasant visit for anyone visiting the Chestnut Hill Starbucks next to PNC bank.
