“BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Love Cana's BBQ !! - This was always my 'go to' restaurant whenever I had guests, but I am afraid it will no longer be the case. We will drive to Amherst/Northampton in future. I recently had relatives from England and we always come to Cana when they are here BUT This time was a huge disappointment. We ordered the BBQ only to find out that their selection of sides had been reduced from 10 to 5. Even the broccoli was reduced to 2 very small pieces. How are you going to split that between 4 people? The other 5 sides which were usually included, are now available for additional cost. Their prices are not cheap to start with, but we have not complained because the food is really good, but to spoil one's reputation for the sake of a few cents to add a few more pieces of broccoli, or a full selection of sides for a party of four, is certainly not the way to increase your bottom line because now you have lost these customers.. With drinks and dessert our bill was close to $200, and we always spend at least that mic at Cana!”

“First time at Milanos, very good experience. The two people behind the bar were efficient and friendly — I had a spicy marg and a tasty spritz with strawberry and fig. Friendly patrons at the bar. Pizza was delicious. Alfredo and manicotti both good. Very welcoming environment. It’s an hour drive for us and we will for sure be back.”

“a cold snowy day. perfect for beer and German food! Well, kind of.... Arrived around 2pm after a small snow storm. (roads in Chicopee were HORIBLE!!!). Sat at the bar, which was empty. Maybe 3 tables of folks!! ordered a beer. Great! Complimentary Chips and dip were fabulous!! Ordered the Jager Schnitzel with spatzel and cabbage.Schnitzel was just ok. A bit tough. Spatzel was Luke warm and bland. cabbage? just ok. beers?Great! it will be awhile before I go back.”

“REFUSED MY REFUND FOR FOOD POISONING Order food with a friend on Doordash from this restaurant and everything he had was fine, my hibachi teriyaki chicken I ate made me violently sick to my stomach and I’ve been throwing up at work, and I still feel very unwell. I was perfectly fine all day, this was the first thing I even ate today as well. I became unwell half an hour after eating the chicken. Called the restaurant asking nicely if I could get a refund for the one item that was mine and I was told “this chicken hasn’t made anyone else sick all day so maybe you’re having an off day” and “our hands are tied” and they refused to give me a refund for food I can’t even finish the leftovers of. It shouldn’t matter if everyone else ate it and was fine all day, if a customer gets sick from food from your establishment it’s common decency to give them a refund for their unpleasant experience and troubles. I shouldn’t have to come here and write a bad review because of how upset I am or take it a step further and be a jerk to them on the phone or in person to get my money back, I’m not that kind of person.. but I came here to express what I had to deal because I’m very upset I spent money on something that made me unwell and I can’t even finish... 🤷🏻‍♀️🙄”

“Found this place while doing Doordash with my Wife. Im a Chef and I was really impressed by how clean the restaurant was and the nice soft background music really makes a beautiful and peacefully atmosphere. And the Owner was really polite and caring about the customer!

“Had breakfast at this fall themed quaint restaurant for the first time. The veggie omelet was delicious and home fries seasoned perfectly along with my English muffin. Coffee served hot in a cute mug and waitress friendly and attentive. Cash only but they have an ATM on site. Lunch specials available as well. Lots of tea choices if you are a tea lover. I’ll be back!”

“I hosted a surprise birthday party for my husband at Leadfoot last week. The tables were all set up the day before and the owners were very accommodating. We had 50+ people and it was so much fun! I decided on cash bar, but they provided a few options for me to choose from. Everyone had a great time and the service was fantastic. I will definitely use this venue again if I ever have to host another party.”

“I love Chick Fil A and this one is no exception! Even though it was busy lunch hour, the service was very fast! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice and clean. This is one of the few places you can bring the kids to play in the indoor playground on cold or rainy days. Our food was hot and delicious. Awesome place overall!

I had 9 local restaurants menus available to our club members. 6 were pizza places and conservatively 80% of all food deliveries were from C&T. I remember one Saturday throwing out 24 pizza boxes from his place. And for me as good as the pizza is, think their grinders are even better.”

“I was wandering around the store this morning looking for Poppycock, which I have done on three separate occasions. I stopped an employee named Chris J. and asked if she knew where I might find it, she looked and said maybe in front of the store. I thank her and continued on shopping. 15 minutes later while I was in the frozen food section here comes Chris with two cans of Poppycock original and Cashew, I took both. I have never had an employee of BJ's go above and beyond in such a way. I am very grateful. Thank you Chris J. you are one very nice person”

You feel like you are with family when being served. I really loved the food. Somebody put extra effort into cooking it. The flavor of the arroz con gandules is special and delicious. The chicken, a perfect blend of sofrito, tomato and rich sauce with a few potatoes and carrots that make a good balance. Delicious! The mananga tasted fresh and a great consistency. Great contrast with the vinegar onions on top. I can't wait to go back. I really hope this place does well because they are putting a lot of love and effort into the preparation and cooking.
