“I went in there last night with my daughter and grand daughter not expecting to order anything until I saw this amazing looking coffee and Oreo ice cream. It was a delicious as it looked. The owner, Elio, came in and we chatted about the shop and he handed me a loaf of olive bread by Madison Villatte, which was perfect. Excellent place with lovely owner.”

On level with some of the best Italian restaurants we’ve ever been to. Outside “Garden” dinning was a pleasant surprise. Our server was very attentive but not too intrusive. The Classic Cocktails were on point. Pasta was definitely made in house and among the finest I’ve ever tasted. I enjoyed a “special” with mounds of fresh seafood over pasta. It’s worth a trip to this gem in VH no matter where you travel from. You won’t be disappointed.”

“We really enjoyed our food here! We came during the busy season in August, but that was no issue. We made reservations well in advance. The food was good, fresh. They also had gluten free cake, which was fantastic. I also appreciated they had multiple gluten free desserts and they also had all gluten free options labels throughout the menu. “I remember when the little house was a quaint little antique store… and then it became a great neighborhood place to get breakfast and lunch! “So Laura and I stopped here last night after missing our ferry off the great island of Martha's Vineyard. It was a pleasant surprise as we both ordered a Caesar's Salad wrap with grilled chicken. Simply put it was the best Caesar's salad wrap I've ever had. We ordered the same exact wrap and they were very hearty wraps either a good proportion of lettuce and chicken. Lots of tasty grilled chicken and expertly wrapped. No spillage and quite satisfying. They have an adjacent bakery where they sell all kinds tasty looking sweets and also ice cream. Laura picked up a fresh French bread for our brunch today. Based on our impromptu visit last night I would recommend this great cafe. Salud!”

Tonight, though, I was about to enter uncharted waters - never in my life, have I liked red beets and tonight, something on the menu made me want to order them. My wonderful server, Mavi, literally held my hand through the experience. The beeets were amazing, especially the golden ones, and such a creative dish. I highly recommend The Attic for an all-around fantastic experience.”

Probably top three crusts of my life and I am from the south. We also stop by before heading back to the ferry and take a few off island and they freeze well extending the joy for months to come. “Awesome breakfast (and lunch) spot in Vineyard strip mall. The menu is small but each item was excellent and fresh. There are many tables and they are spaced way out. Woodland Variety has a spacious, low key feel. My over easy eggs were flawlessly cooked, no hint of oil, grease or anything but fresh eggs. The Taylor ham was something I had never tried before - something like ham and salami and was very good. My English muffin was excellent- fresh and tasty. I opted for the Brazilian coffee and it was great.”

The staff was super friendly and kind, my daughter lived giving them a high five each morning. The coffee and pastries were good. Location was convenient to where we were renting. Unfortunately that will be the last day she will remember she passed away the following day.when I found her she had left me a note saying that she never had such a beautiful day and she was with all of her friends together,She said God had made those things especially for her on her birthday.
